Another fantastic laser hair removal with Hannah . The girls are always so lovely right from the minute you step in the door at Beauty at the Bay the girls are always very welcoming! And I am never disappointed, fantastic place always calm relaxing and attentive staff . Marie has also done an amazing job at removing all my skin tags and cherry spots , can’t recommend Beauty at the bay enough!!

I was going to wait till I had my other appointments before reviewing, so it wasn't just based on one however I felt I couldn’t wait and had enough of an impression to make a fair review.

The salon itself if you haven't been, is misleadingly large, it's like a maze, so many rooms and bits to it, all absolutely beautifully decorated and clean, it's a lovely environment to be in, also great parking options to the side, down the little lane. For this appointment I had a bay pedicure, firstly the treatment was perfect, the products used (scrubs etc) all smelt beautiful, the selection of nail colours was impressive and the end result was perfect.

What I was most impressed by was the staff, Daisy who did my pedicure was brilliant, made me feel relaxed, was friendly and just a lovely person. But literally every other staff member who was passing through the room I was in all smiled, checked if I wanted any water etc, Millie and Ella especially. Made me look forward to my next visit. So thank you very much for a great experience.

First visit today for me and my mum having the express pedicure. Our feet feel brand new, and look amazing. The service was brilliant from start to finish. I didn't catch the name of the 3 girls that gave us the treatment but they were lovely and did an amazing job. We left feeling so fresh and relaxed. I am back on Monday for LVL lashes which I am so excited for and we will definitely be back for more treatments in the future. X

I went first thing on Saturday morning - the salon was blissful and I relaxed the second I sat down. The beautician was friendly and asked what shape I wanted for nails and also helped me pick a sparkly colour - there were tonnes to choose from!
Wonderful service, wonderful nails and a wonderful experience overall. I have already booked in to try a facial.

I had a wonderful Indian head massage in beautiful surroundings. After my incredibly relaxing treatment, I was taken to a room to relax for as long as I wanted with a cup of tea, glass of water and a sorbet.
I've since returned for a pedicure and my feet are super soft. There were lots of polish colours to choose from and I received some good advice.
Everything is so nicely decorated and all the staff are very friendly.
Beauty at the Bay truly provides a great experience.

My favourite place to get my nails, waxing and lazer done. Hannah, Millie, Lisa and Daisy are so welcoming and make me feel so comfortable. Can’t forget the massage these are unreal and always make you feel so relaxed. #lovethebay
