I have been going to Beauty Heaven for a few weeks now having the CACI face lifts and I have really noticed the difference in only four sessions out of ten. Ash the owner is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable she really does go above and beyond to help achieve the results that you are looking for. I highly recommend this salon, I drive there from Horsham. The prices are very competitive as well. I think this is a great salon and will be using again.

I visited a few wks ago for the 2nd time for an eyelash lift amd eyebrows shaped amd tinted. The results weee absolutely AMAZING, i highly recommend anyone to visit, the service is professional but friendly and after looking at ALL the services they provide I can see myself & my daughter becoming regulars 😀

Disappointed- booked through Treatwell. Paid an extra £7 to have my cuticles wrapped to shreds. So painful… be kind and gentle to your clients. Never going here again.

Absolutely love this place, no longer live close but still travel here as Ash always knows what she’s doing. Professional and friendly. Expert advice is always given and I always leave feeling great. Great service, highly recommend!!!

Twice ive had a bad experience here,the first time I tried to book a pedicure I was given a time later that day, when I showed up, the staff were all having some sort of group/family photos fone I was totally ignored zndcghey were all speaking in a foreign language. My friend booked a massage via a voucher I as dubious..i went to book it in, there were two women sat talking with the door locked, they just shouted at me wexare closed, this was 14. 45 in the afternoon..
Never again will I go there, plus it looks dirty and unprofessional

I had a double appointment with my daughter by groupon at the salon I explained when I booked that we would like to have our treatments at the same time all agreed on phone.
When we arrived they staff did not know it was arranged with a croupon deal,just looked at us,no welcome conversation went off in earshot and discussed the situation in their first language which made me feel uncomfortable.
We were asked what treatments we wanted we said maybe facial and massage my daughter said massage however we were not explained what each facial involved or what massages where on offer and what they involved no consultation for first time customer when I mentioned it the ?therapist mumbled something and dismissed it.
No conversation no interest in me, played music through headphones whilst treating me which I could hear on her phone I could sense her moving forward to read it as her movements slowed down. Left me for 15 mins, rushed my back massage did not ask me how I felt and if I enjoyed it.
When fin rushed out the room and said lay there for two mins and I will see you downstairs, that’s the most she communicated with me.
I didn’t ask how it was for my daughter or discuss it as I didn’t want to ruin it for her she had not had a treatment before I am so disappointed waste of money.

After reading quite mixed reviews I was a bit unsure what to expect when I booked for my hair appointment but I was so pleased with the end result. The hairdresser did a great colour and cut on my hair and finished it off with a blow dry. She was also very friendly and chatty and the whole experience was relaxing, I couldn't fault it and would definitely go back!
