The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.They take care of you with kindness and respect and any concerns I have they address it promptly. Don’t go here if you want your whole face to messed up. They let an apprentice do my eyebrows judging from how they are she had no experience. She completely messed up my length on my eyebrows took the whole end of and they tried telling me that’s how they were. Ridiculous unprofessional. If you are busy don’t get an apprentice to do the work load

First of all we walked in, hair from previous customers all over the floor, the wax pot was full of mould which was extremely unhygienic. Before we walked in we asked how long the wait was and they said ‘15-20 minutes’ we said ‘that’s fine’ and we went to the shop next door and then the woman clearly stated ‘we will come next door and let you know when we are finished’ they did not do that. We then returned an HOUR later just to be told another 15 minute wait which we said was okay. Then proceeded to take on another service they did not know the client had wanted and something the client didn’t pre book. We were not just a walk in, we had tried to book but they did not reply on any socials. Then as we were explaining our frustration, the lady began to shout and interrupt every time we tried to speak. She was very rude and unprofessional, cannot believe she was like that infront of customers it was absolutely ridiculous and a disgusting unhygienic place. None of the staff had washed their hands in between services and they were touching their eyes, nose and i know from reading previous reviews this is not the first time something like this has happened. I would have given it no stars or even a minus if it were available to post but a 1 star is required for posting a review.

I recently visited beauty and scissors and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Kap took her time to understand my hair concerns and provided invaluable advice on how to improve its health and appearance. The wash, cut, blow dry, and straighten were done with great skill and attention to detail. My hair has never looked better! I highly recommend Beauty and scissors for anyone looking for a professional and friendly hairdressers who truly cares about their clients.

wish I could them a 0 they burnt my hair and ruined my friends hair she dyed hers, I paid £65 and she paid £70 just recently, money completely wasted then they said it was all explained beforehand if I wanted keratin or perm straightening and I chose it based on my budget and preferences, I booked it myself on the app so that’s a clear lie right there plus the owner wanted to charge extra. I really wish I could show you photos here. The first time I did in different salon it was the best thing all frizz was gone and lasted for 6 months, but never recommending this place guys for anything. When I showed them, the owner scams saying keratin works 50/50, products are fake even the straightener old. Had to show a different stylist they said it's burnt I had to deep condition and spent double. Don't look at them awards etc that's what I saw, JUST DONT GUYS.
Also there was a trainee there she made her do it on me and it was her third day, it’s ridiculous

I love getting my hair and eyelashes done from here. They provide good quality service and a friendly service to all their customers. I would 100% recommend coming here. 😌

Love these guys, im a regular customer, as always didnt disappoint. I phoned on Monday for an urgent appointment in the week before Eid, Kalpana got me booked in with the lovely Ambreen the next day despite how busy they were. Root bleach, toner, haircut.

Even though im a regular, Kalpana talked me through what she was doing to my hair and why. Shes always so wonderful does her hair with so much care.

I think i asked her and Ambreen the same question like 7 times and each time they explained with a smile.

They were meant to close at 6PM. Ambreen finished my hair and 7PM and insisted i didnt leave until i was 100% happy with my hair. Even though she had a fast and was meant to open it at 6:30PM. I had to literally plead to her to not worry about my hair.

As usual i was so happy, they always get your hair right the first time, you dont ever leave feeling unsatisfied. I literally felt like a princess when i left and so refreshed.

Thank god for you guys, you're the best!

The henna was done in a rush so it was very messy and not neat. The henna stain was very light orange and it stayed like this 2 days later. I am very disappointed with this because Kalpana charged a lot more compared to the work that was done, it was 100% not worth it! Worst henna ever!
