Ambiance of the place felt like it was properly maintained. Booking was very easy online. I was met and serviced by Alex and she was very warm and accommodating. She was also really friendly and she did an excellent job with my gel pedicure. I can see the detail she puts into her work and she goes the extra mile to make a client feel comfortable. Defo coming back here. X

Hi, first time here and was with Julia. I arrive expecting eyebrow shape & tint as booked, but couldn’t have it done as I’d not had a patch test. I understood, I’d had them tinted before but not here, so was actually shocked when the girl on the phone recommended the tint, knowing it was my first visit.
Anyway, I decided to book nail gels instead & was grateful to Julia for fitting me in.
Unfortunately, I left with bruised brows from the waxing and the 4 nails bleeding around the cuticles!!
What was supposed to be a pamper morning to relax me and cheer me up, made me feel pretty rubbish & cost me £36, pretty gutted & won’t be rebooking or recommending.

My first visit and I was really pleased with the service. Right from the start when booking wax and tint brows I was satisfied. Alex did a great job with my brows, they look beautiful and very natural. That’s exactly the look I was after. Friendly atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone.

I received a massage today from Julia.
Such a kind lovely lady!
Gorgeous quirky salon with such a peaceful beauty room.
She asked me throughout if the pressure was OK. She also told me where all my tension was and how she was going to help me. Overall lovely treatment, I am booked for microdermabrasion next looking forward to it 😀
