SO pleased! Our Jacuzzi is 17 years old and never had any replacement parts except the cover. I got an F1 error, the engineer immediately diagnosed the error as a failed circulation pump, he had a spare on the van so it was fixed straight away. Price for call out and part was reasonable and its fantastic that Jacuzzi still ensures that spares are available. The quality of the brand - product and aftercare from Bedfordshire Hot Tubs - is well worth a bit more money upfront. Thank you!!

The purchase of our hot tub was flawless. However, on installation the fitter drilled holes into the wrong panels - we are still waiting on replacements (this installation was over 6 months ago). We are also having a repeat fault where our water just stops heating and instead cools itself. Despite two visits and spare parts, the fault has not been diagnosed nor repaired. Overall, I’m not impressed with what should be a luxury product from a luxury brand.

UPDATE 08/12/22

Our hot tub is now repaired and we are satisfied with the customer service offered under the warranty period of the hot tub.

What an absolute disgrace of a company. I had no problem whilst I was giving them money for my Jacuzzi hot tub but after installation the after sales is an utter sham. Requested new pillows and was told they would be ordered and they would be in touch when they arrived that was a year ago still no word.
Now I need a new heating element only to be told they would not supply to me as I am out of warranty and because I am not using their fitter who would charge £200 to come and diagnose the problem.
In my opinion these people are making a mockery of Jacuzzi name and I would advise everyone to stay well clear.

We purchased a Jacuzzi 375 hot tub that was delivered in May 2017. From initial sale through to delivery and installation, we found Bedfordshire Hot Tubs Ltd to be very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
The sales team put no pressure on us and just helped and advised where required. The survey and installation teams were very efficient and professional.
In April this year (2018), we had a full service done. The service engineer Neil was excellent and very thorough.
As for the hot tub itself, we've had two problems that are currently being sorted under guarantee - some LED lights have had water leaking into them and have failed and the sound system is not working properly. Hopefully, these will get sorted out in due course. Apart from that, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service.
Overall, we would highly recommend this firm.

Excellent customer service from Anne and the team. We bought the hot tub just before lockdown. Anne kept us updated and informed about the delays caused by the pandemic. When the hot tub eventually arrived it was delivered and installed and the service team showed us how to look after it. We have popped into the show room a few times with questions which are always fully answered. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Great job Anne.

Very pleased with the service we received from Bedfordshire Hot Tubs when they moved and serviced our tub for us. We hadn't used the tub for a while so it was pretty messy but they took the time to really clean it and make it sparkle. They stayed with us until the tub was full of water and heating properly. Really nice people to deal with and we will definitely go to them with our hot tub needs in the future.

Had a bad experience. Engineer sent to site for £150, after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment. On site for 20 minutes, saying he could not see a label on motor, he then took photos of motor telling me he would try and source a new one. 24 hours later - no response, so I took a look myself, found a label on motor in 2 minutes. Found a new motor online in 2 minutes! Contacted company who supply the motors, and they recommended I replace the capacitor. I removed motor within 1 hour - changed capacitor and motor works. I do not recommend this company, as they should have had the knowledge to do this themselves! Considering too, that I was originally quoted £220, and was willing to pay for this service. I however have fixed it myself at a total cost of £11... They did give a refund...BUT what a painful experience...I would steer clear of them in future!

Jim and his team are exceptional. Whatever problem you may face they will go out of there way to try and resolve it.

If you are in the market for a Hot Tub dont consider going anywhere else .The old adage goes that you get what you pay for and the aftercare you get from Jim and his team is second to none.
