We were four adults and a baby. Sleeping arrangements were perfect with two double bedrooms, both en-suite, and plenty of room for the travel cot|The communal sitting room is small and could benefit from a fourth comfortable chair and kitchen facilities are few but then it is advertised as a B&B |Perhaps a teapot and/or cafetière would have made the breakfast more acceptable as there was quite a limited choice. The microwave was helpful for warm milk.

We have stayed at this B&B on many occasions over the years and I could not think of a better place to stay and it is second to none. The hospitality is excellent it is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast are lovely.
You could not have a better location especially if you wanted peace and quiet. It is in easy reach of many of Kent's and Sussex's main attractions and is also in easy reach of London if you wish to visit but there is more than enough attractions around the local area.

We stayed here for three nights, me, my wife, my son and his wife and our granddaughter aged 4. So we needed the two available rooms.||This property is ideally situated in open conntryside, 1,5 km from the nearest road. It's an converted barn with two rooms and a common space where breakfast is served and a lounge with wood burning stove. Ideal for our little family.||When we were showed around we were quitte pleased.||But when we were looking around we found one disappointment after the other:||* We had to remove about 30 to 40 spiders on everey corner of the celing.

We stayed here overnight last year to attend a concert at Bedgebury Pinetum, the rooms were very modern and comfortable with beautiful views and most importantly we slept really well! Our host Marion was helpful, and made us a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this lovely B&B, in fact we liked it so much we are returning this year!

Lovely little B&B which is separated from the main house by a door so lots of privacy. Own door out, with 2 double bedrooms each with own shower or bath.
Good breakfast I'm the morning and a lovely and helpful lady running it.
