It was very straightforward making my booking and the owners were happy to accommodate a large group with different needs. Milk and biscuits were available on arrival as was a warm welcome from our hosts. Beeches was such a fabulous place to stay, we were bowled over! Sleeping accommodation was very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the kitchens, and more. We loved meeting the resident dogs and our granddaughter was excited to see the chickens. The setting was perfect - not far to Bradford on Avon and the canal. An even closer walk to a nearby pub (can highly recommend The George) And we made use of the inbuilt BBQ. All ages enjoyed the well-equipped Games Room and the play area was a huge hit too. I highly recommend this venue for groups of any size.

Excellent and very clean room with all the comforts of home/ very comfortable beds. Plenty of coffee/tea and fresh milk supplied. Nice touch from Nigel - (the owner) who checked to see everything was ok after our first night. Nice to see plenty shower gel etc supplied.

Our large family group stayed in a variety of the rooms & cottages available, something for everyone! Two of the cottages were able to be opened up and we had large dining in one and a large lounge area in the other. However, as the weather was glorious, much of the time we gathered outside at the numerous seating areas. After many years of holidaying in properties around the UK, these cottages were the best equipped EVER! The Owners have thought of everything 🙂 The play area and Games Room were a big hit with both the little and older children! Top marks. The location was perfect - not far to Bradford on Avon and the canal. An even closer walk to a nearby pub. I highly recommend this venue for groups of any size.

Nigel and Pauline made us feel extremely welcome. We had a large group and they arranged all of the rooms in the ways that suited our needs.

Rooms were clean and each had fresh flowers, facilities were great (including BBQ and Games Room) and with the weather being as good as it was, we were all able to take advantage of all the outside space.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage with our family of four, including two young children. The cottage was incredibly welcoming, with a warm and cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids had plenty of space to play and were kept happily occupied throughout our visit. We would highly recommend this cottage to any family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Brilliant place for a large group. We had the two cottages together. They had everything we needed and lots of cooking utensils. Nice private patio area and great games room for the kids. We also traveled with our doggy who had a nice enclosed area to explore. Walkable to Bradford upon Avon and near to Bath.

Pig wig cottage was lovely, all you needed for a few days away. The cottage was clean the beds comfy everything was provided for you.both the kitchen and bathroom.|Chose this as it was central to places we wanted to visit. The football field and games room were used every night. No more children here but think the schools hadn't open up,so our granddaughters had every thing. |Just pickey now if anything I could say the showers could ha e been a bit warmer but that's yhe only fault.|The girls loved the dogs who came to visit us pity more dogs are not as well trained.

This is an extremely peaceful and quiet place with, in the room we had anyway, beautiful decor. Very comfortable large double bed, spacious bathroom with a huge shower (including drop down seat), nice outdoor space and plentiful facilities - including in one cupboard/wardrobe a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, salt n pepper etc. etc. Easy booking process on their own website and very good communications throughout. Only five minutes into town and easy to find. Would definitely recommend and can see why families have booked the entire site for a group stay. Thank you.
