Josh was a great host. He made a lovely dinner on Thursday and hosted the rugby in the snug. There’s also a great dog called Fred who was the star of the show. Perth has a lot to offer especially the ice cream van in the park although he was a bit sniddy with the sprinkles.

We've just spent three lovely nights in Perth staying at the Beechgrove.|It's an outstanding bed and breakfast establishment; without question one of the best we've ever stayed in.|The house is beautiful; set in lovely gardens offering a fine aspect of the city. Our room was enormous - truly beautiful. |The best part of the stay, without question, was the hosts. Anne and David are just so wonderfully welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are very attentive to your needs and really charming. They also serve one of the best Scottish breakfasts ever.|If you're visiting Perth do yourself a favour and book a stay there. You'll not regret it.|

My husband and I stayed for two nights and would highly recommend this Guest House. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a warm welcome when we arrived.||The choice for breakfast is excellent and a very good selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, home made jam and honey. Cooked breakfast was very good and for me the best black pudding ever! David and Anne are excellent hosts and if we return to Perth we would stay again. The location is a short walk into town.

Amazing place to stay!! This B and B is so nice. The couple who own the place are fantastic! They honestly helped whenever they could and made us feel very welcome and at home. The place is very close to Perth and is ideal for exploring around the city. Perth was a very lovely city to walk around, and eat. Again if it wasn't for the owners of Beechgrove we wouldn't have known where to eat, they're list of restaurants was like a bible. Honestly this place is well worth the stay, very nice and the highlight of my holiday

We have just spent one night at Beechgrove over the weekend and it was a lovely visit from start to finish. We had a lovely large double room with charming character and my Mum had a great twin room on the ground floor. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and was served in a stunning breakfast room. I wish our visit had been longer. Lovely hosts Anne and David made us feel so welcome and helped make it a special-weekend away for my Mums birthday. Looking forward to a return visit hopefully in the future.

My husband and I stay at Beechgrove for 5 nights last week, David the host was so welcoming. It was very clean and the room we had was lovely, nice and large, and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were really nice you had a good choice each day, on the Saturday we caught an early train to Edinburgh for the day and David made us 2 bacon and egg rolls to take with us, nice of him to do that. Annie was away for a few days so we didn't get to meet her. Beechgrove is in a perfect position. We would highly recommend it.

Stunning guest house run by friendly and considerate hosts.||The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful and attention to detail is incredible. So much so, we are staying another night! ||Breakfast was cooked to perfection and has kept us going all day. Cannot stress enough how much we are enjoying our stay here. If you are planning to stay in Perth, make this top of your list for accommodation!

My wife & I had a lovely 1 night stay at the Beechgrove Guesthouse.||We were very well looked after by Anne & David. When we booked, we were sent a list of restaurants. Taboo was our choice, an excellent French restaurant.||Breakfast was excellent, what a choice, first class food.||Talking over breakfast with David, we mentioned we had booked to visit Scone Palace We didn't have our car as we had travelled by train. He very kindly said he would take us there.||When we visit Perth again we shall definitely go back to the Beechgrove.||John & Margaret Gilchrist
