First trip away as a family of three with our new baby and Beechmount farm B&B made it such a brilliant experience for us. Joan, the owner and our host was absolutely fantastic. Our family room was clean, spacious, travel cot and changing mat supplied. We couldn’t have asked for more. ||||Fantastic breakfast in a lovely family kitchen, we felt so at home and Joan could not have been more accommodating for us. ||||Could not recommend highly enough. Absolutely brilliant - thank you.

I stayed here for a few weeks mon-fri as I was working in the area. Joan and Gerry made me very welcome. The room was a lovely big room with a view of the garden and surrounding fields. The en-suite was immaculate with a very good thermo shower. There was also a large wardrobe with loads of hangers. The breakfast was delicious with options you could request and Joan would gladly provide. ||The location was ideal as it was only a couple of miles from the airport, but no noise from air planes, close enough to Antrim so I could pop into local take-aways easily and local gym within minutes.||It is a working cattle farm, though you couldn't hear a moo ! as rooms are on other side to farm buildings. I would love one day to go back and bring my daughter with me as Gerry showed me round the farm and showed me the cattle and the big bull ! I would love to show my daughter the farm as she would have really enjoyed the tour. I am sure if you ask Gerry he would gladly show you round.||Small criticism would be my floorboards in room creaked, but hey that is only criticism I could think about !||Overall well worth a visit and has lovely Irish countryside all around, great for walking and relaxing. Great for a working base also.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, there is a nice sitting room with a fire for the guests to use. The shower had good pressure and can get very hot. Joan was very accomdating with breakfast, the bacon, sausage and eggs all come from local farms and were delicious. With the location it was nice and quiet and a great place to travel out from to explore the coast!

This stay was a welcome retreat after 2 weeks in a motorhome. We felt at home, but still catered to. Very genuine, polite and helpful people. You feel yourself submersed in the culture having breakfast in the kitchen, it is what staying in a bed and breakfast is all about. We want to spend more time in Belfast, and will stay at this place when we go back.

Spent two nights here for the Ulster GP. This is lovely b&b that serves a quality breakfast. Joe as host, is very friendly and accommodating. For a country farm, this is an excellent location. Would highly recommend.

Comfy, immaculately clean room, excellent "Ulster fry-up" and other choices for breakfast, close to Antrim and to Belfast....this was the perfect location for our first visit to Northern Ireland. We had great chats with Joan, and she had helpful suggestions for parking in Belfast, sights to see in Antrim, places to eat, etc... I'd go back in a heartbeat 🙂

Beechmount was a great stay, just before flying back from Belfast. Really friendly and helpful hostess, spotlessly clean accommodations, delicious breakfast, and fun "feel" of a real farm. Delightful.||No plastic for payment--wish we had known ahead of time. But, no problem. Free ride to the ATM!

Only stayed over for one night. This is a wonderful place which I highly recommend. The hospitality is excellent. The room is great, the food is great. You could not ask for a better stay! It is also near some very good places for evening meals.
