All members of staff were absolutely lovely, going above and beyond! The rooms were beautiful with such attention to detail. Breakfast was very tasty. Incredibly reasonable price with so many extras just thrown in. Everything was perfect and I would love to come back.

Went here last night with a friend and colleague for dinner. Really enjoyed our visit. The food was too notch, the waiter was really friendly and knowledgable and we saw Sandi Toksvig(!) ||Would definitely recommend this place. It’s a level above normal “pub grub” with an interesting menu. Good selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Impressed!

Easy parking, a warm welcome from Mark at check-in, help with luggage to our room; a great start. Our room was bright and very clean with everything you normally get in a 4 or 5 star room, even complimentary Gin!||The bar staff were very professional and there was a wide choice of beers, wines and cocktails. The wine list was especially appealing with a wide choice of premium wines at reasonable prices. Graham was very well informed on the wines and helpful with advice. We eat dinner in the restaurant and it was tasty, hot and great value for money. Breakfast the following morning was included in the price and gave a great choice. I had the full English and it was delicious. Service was a gin very friendly and professional.

This hotel is just amazing. We’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and this stay was up there with the best.
The room we had (Austin) was beautiful, the bed a little hard for me but that’s because of my silly bones, my husband slept well.

It is beautifully decorated and the gin was a lovely surprise!

The bath and shower were wonderfully hot, bathrobes snuggly and the toiletries were Devine.

The quiet room with whisky was a lovely touch.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious with great staff on hand.

All in all a simply wonderful stay.

Me and my fiancé have only been here on a few occasions, but each time the staff have been very welcoming and Graham has been incredible! He’s helped us with accommodation for our wedding and he’s taken the stress out of everything.
The room we stayed in was absolutely splendid! Comfortable bed, complimentary Gin and fresh food! We couldn’t ask for more from our stay here. It was the perfect get away and we look forward to our wedding!

Bel and The Dragon is a great place to dine and / or have a relaxing meal. It’s also an Inn so a great place to stay. We had a nice appetiser in the bar and also sat out in the back garden. Having visited the Sculpture Garden opposite we pull have stayed for dinner but ran out of time. Will be back to enjoy. Shout out to Charlie who served us and was very helpful with directions and what is going on in the area. Highly recommended.

What a find. We were looking for somewhere to have lunch and decided to try here. We hadn’t made a booking but a table for 5 was readily available. Our waiter, Steve, was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and genuinely a really nice person. The food was something else, hot, full of flavour and cooked to perfection ( scotch eggs are on another level).|We will definitely be back and will gladly recommend to family and friends. All the staff here are such friendly people. Give it a try

Great pub for when you are visiting the Sculpture Park. Car park has ample room. Food was really good, especially the beef fat crumpet. We found lots of choice, all sounding really nice. We weren't rushed, and could have spent the afternoon! Well worth the visit. Good beer as well.
