We hired the whole of Beldon House for our hen party weekend (19 people). The owner Pav & the housekeeper Emma were extremely helpful and nothing was too much of an issue. Pav kept in contact throughout the booking process and was quick to answer any questions we had. He was also available to contact throughout our stay too which was great. Beldon House had everything we needed for our weekend, the rooms were well equipped (although we appreciated that some rooms havent been fully redecorated yet, they were still lovely) as was the kitchen. The living room was spacious and made for a comfortable space for a large group to gather on an evening, and the games room with pool table and darts board was also a great plus! The dining room was large enough for us all to sit in too, making the whole house a great place for a large group of people. There is ample parking outside of the House (we managed to squeeze 9 cars in!) and check in was quick and easy for us all. The house is situated close to local shops, pubs and other entertainment venues too. Overall, we had an amazing time at Beldon and wouldn't hesitate to book in again for another stay with our group of friends or family. Thank you!

Booked exclusive use of the hotel for a weekend as a large group on a golfing break.

The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. Everything was explained and issued to us with plenty of notice and he was extremely easy to get hold of for any queries we had.

Prior to arrival we were issued with our own code for access for the weekend which was extremely simple and efficient.

The hotel itself was immaculate!! Rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished and all were perfectly sized for a group of adults. The lounge, games room, dining area and kitchen were all available to use and were absolutely perfect for our stay.

Location was a 5 minute walk maximum to the nearest pubs, shops and attractive town centre. We were also no more than a 10 minute drive to the golf courses we were attending with plenty of parking out front.

The hotel really was left to us to use as we saw fit and was the ideal place for large group stay.

All in all it was a fantastic weekend made all the better for having such a fantastic host and accommodation.

Lovely place for a large group. We booked the whole place for our annual family Christmas gathering. All of us had our own rooms all with their own en-suite. Large receptions rooms and a good sized kitchen for cooking and preparing food and there was adequate parking. Pav was very accommodating and went over and above to ensure we were happy. A good time was had by one and all.

Extremely beautiful building very warm welcome emcees helpful went that extra mile thank you room was spotless beautiful soft towels bed unbelievable so soft and comfortable, beautiful linen immaculately clean very high standards , tea coffee sugar milk plenty hair dryer . Free car parking the house has a beautiful energy. Highly recommend . Two minutes away from shops resturants thank you Hannah for making my stay perfect x

We booked the whole house for a family Christmas get together. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was everything we expected and more. Pav the owner was contactable on email and telephone and Happy to answer questions. Emma greeted us on arrival with a smile and showed us around. ||Lots of amenities 3 minute walk away, shops, pubs and takeaways. Lovely town.||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and without hesitation we would book again and thank you for the prosecco.

Gorgeous B&B, very central to the little town it is in, with quite a few car park spaces. Inside it is very authentic and original with great character. It is very spacious, well decorated, with plenty of furniture to sit, work, enjoy an evening with friends and family. Rooms are very beautiful too and they are individually decorated. Staff are ever so kind, professional and they know their products well. As for the breakfast? Well what can I say? Simply perfection!!!

We were a group of 16 golfers all retired or semi retired. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Forest Pines and Holme Hall golf clubs.|Check in was remotely done as we arrived quite late . Communication between myself and Emma from the hotel was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.|We had booked the whole hotel which was ideal.|Yes some of the bedrooms are in the process of being updated, however the ones that have are very nice.|We found the living areas very relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed. |All in all we were very happy with our stay , and would recommend Beldon House, particularly a group of people looking to stay in the area.|Thanks again Emma for all your help.
