Overall my massage was ok, quite relaxing. I liked how the questionnaire asked if you wanted to chat in the appointment or not. Downside, lots of chatters in nearby rooms , but to be expected.

However, the room wasn’t clean. Underneath the massage bed I could see thick dust on the floor/legs which is what I was looking at in the appointment. The windowsill was also grubby and cupboard doors. It made me question if the blanket I was using was clean.

On this basis, I wouldn’t return and two stars knocked off for cleanliness. You shouldn’t have to stare at dust during your appointment.

Lovely staff right from the moment I called to book my daughter in to get her ears pierced . The beauty technician really helped to put my daughter at ease and talked us through everything. She chatted with my daughter. The room itself was nicely decorated, clean and hygienic. Would highly recommend. Very professional.

Had my nails done 3 times at this place biab and 2 out of the 3 times my nails have peeled off straight away when done with one of the girls I messaged to say what had happened and the owner just said I’m sorry to hear this and I don’t know what to say bit unprofessional if you ask me I paid £45 sat for biab and this morning one peeled straight of not chipped or anything straight off would not recommend getting biab on a Friday or sat when this girl works complete waste of money

I got my ears pierced there and it was a lovely session. The staff where kind and friendly, especially the employee who pierced my ears she explained the rules to me, she helped me pick out earrings. It was very fun. I highly recommend Bellisima.

Very friendly. Always take advice on nail colour as long as it's bright. Wouldn't change for a different beauty salon. Neon pink today 😀
