What a lovely place to stay. So clean and friendly. And we were so well looked after. Simon and Kara were such a friendly couple. Also more than enough for breakfast, and cooked to perfection. A lovely location away from the town, but not that far, so nice and quiet and great parking facilities. Also only 10 minute walk from the beach. So will definitely try and book next year when we again visit out friends in the area.

Great B&B. The host was lovely. We had the garden room with our own small courtyard. The room was beautiful. Karamade us freshly cooked breakfast and it was yummy. The location was great, walking distance to the beach. This place is highly recommend

The room was absolutely spotless as was the bathroom and linen. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was super with lots of choices. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners. It was a short walk to the promenade and beach. There is plenty of parking available. I could not fault it. I would stay there again without a second though.

Lovely b&b. Large onsite parking with flower beds all around. Not far from beach. Small row of shops/ chemist within 100m. Rustington shopping is better than Littlehampton. Lovely fruit shop. We had the garden room which was downstairs with its own doors to patio with table and chairs. Tommy had double bed and 2 armchairs. Plenty of tea/ coffee and hot chocolate. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The impressive entrance hall was typical of the rest of the house. The hostess was very friendly and breakfast was huge and perfectly cooked. Choice was fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices or selection of cooked options. WiFi was free and super fast. We booked for 3 nights but had to leave after 2 due to family illness but will definitely try to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay here we had the garden room which has a little terrace to sit out on. Room was nicely decorated very large shower. All clean and tidy. Parking on site. |Breakfast was fantastic. |Would highly recommend and hope to go back soon.

JANEYOUT

Lovely place to stay- room was very nice, clean and comfy and so was en-suite. Our room had a door onto a small patio which was great as weather was hot! Breakfast super too- beach a short walk away so location for us was excellent. We had a fantastic 2 night break. Thank you.
