Beautuful spacious, well equipped cottage in a lovely quiet location. Local co-op only a mile away, so a short drive or walk. Hot tub is a great additional extra and the owners are a lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble. Garden is pretty much escape proof (we have an escapologist dog who didn't even bother to try!). The chickens wandering around was entertaining and the owners dogs are lovely and friendly. The fixtures and fittings are great quality and the bed was very comfortable. A fantastic place. Everything is there for a stress free stay. Towels are also provided which is a bonus.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Was greeted by the owners dog who was extremely friendly. Host came to introduce self on arrival, and guided us to nice little walks in the area. Property was beautiful inside and out, the attention to detail was perfect. Very well equipped, from personal touches for the guests to the accommodating nature for the furry legged friends who may be on your stay with you. Would definitely recommend and visit again 🙂

Had a wonderful stay at Berrymoor cottage, very clean and well equipped. Perfect for our crawling 10 month old as all on one level. Brilliant location with lots of great walks and easy driving distance to the lakes. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back! 😊

What a fantastic little cottage lovely rooms and 2 walk in showers with it's own hot tub in the garden to lie down and look at the stars the owners Dorothy & Simon are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. There's lot's of walks to local pubs for meals not to far away and 1hrs driving your in the Lakes or hadrian's wall in the opposite direction.

Fabulous cottage with all the home comforts. Very nice hot tub for relaxing after a day sightseeing. Excellent location for exploring Cumbria. We will definitely be back as this cottage is a little gem. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely cottage beautiful setting down a quiet lane central for a lot of walks. Caldbeck about 15 miles beautiful walks with old mill. Carlisle 5-6 miles away the owner sent a message as we arrived a day late to see if we were ok then the first night here she came around introduced herself and see if everything was ok and do we need anything lovely owners I would recommend 100%

Brilliant place ,all you need and more , clean and spacious, convenient for west coast and lakes and Hadrian Wall attractions. Week was wet and grey but great cottage.

Visited my daughter and son-in-law here. What a beauty, a jewel in Cumbria. Absolutely a well sourced holiday stay. If I didn't live in Cumbria, I would be staying here whenever I was visiting.
