Overnight stay prior to a flight as handy for the airport and great value and our stay was excellent from check-in onwards. Yes the hotel is a little dated but a stay is about the staff and your experience - ours was excellent. The hotel is easy to find, the lady who checked us in (afternoon of 8.09.24) was professional and efficient whilst being warm and friendly. The staff throughout our stay were exceptional, the guys in the restaurant were excellent - the tall slim chap who brought the drink so welcoming and efficient - they know how to run a restaurant! Great food too and M'd had everything running smoothly. The bed was very comfy and we both slept really well. The staff ensure you have a lovely stay, everything is done with a smile, a kind word and a level of customer service seldom experienced today. Excellent find and we will certainly return.

I would like to say massive thank-you to all the Pinewood staff for accommodating us for our wedding reception (24.09.24). Our room was clean and very relaxing. We would like to give a huge shout-out to Dean who helped massively, we couldn't fault his work. Our day ran very smoothly with very little issues if any. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed very much. All in all, extremely pleased and we'll be returning and recommending this establishment. I can honestly say that I was blown away by the staff at this hotel. Reception and bar staff went above and beyond to help my family and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and all this while dealing with 2 or 3 conferences on the go. I will definitely be returning. Food was delicious and room comfy.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Shower was decent.
Staff were all very friendly, food was nice but evening meal service was incredibly slow. Took almost two hours to get all three courses out. One poor waitress left on her own.
Breakfast was lovely. Great hash browns.

Although hotel is tired in places. Can't fault the room and bathroom just as you want clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Restaurant could have had a wider choice of menu. Overall a good stay

Had a great breakfast to start the day, was surprised to be offered additional breakfast items like poached eggs & porridge. The creamy chocolate drinks are really nice. The supervisor, Dean explained the breakfast buffet in great detail. Thank you, will definitely return, even just for breakfast

Good location for the airport and very nice staff but hotel management seems to think that it is acceptable to confirm room bookings and then expect customers to put up with their profiteering tactics.

Paid £150 room only & was then told that my room was directly above the function room which was hosting a disco & as the hotel was full I had no option to change room. No chance to get a decent nights rest when the music didn’t stop until midnight & I had to be up and out early.

Wish I’d looked at previous reviews, seems that I’m not the first that this has happened to.

Came for afternoon tea on 09/10 which was fine, only to receive a parking fine notice in the post today for £100 ! Nobody on reception mentioned anything about parking so unaware of any issue until today. Contacted hotel today and they cancelled parking notice immediately. I get the impression that I'm not the first to fall foul of this situation. Reception need to make visitors to the hotel aware when they book in.
