Easy check in prior to arrival...pleasant welcome...key card handed over and in my room 5 minutes after arrival. Clean room, bathroom and lovely white towels. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious...coffee from machine not the best but OK. Lovely views while dining.|One comment about windows in room which had no restrictors...I was on ground floor and felt unable to open the window.... it could have easily been climbed through....just a thought to improve a lovely hotel.

Room - very basic and disappointing to be honest. Not immaculate but not dirty. No air con which was NOT pointed out when booking. Can't open window as main road right outside and noise will keep me up. Reception - upon arrival was nice. Simple to locate and a gave a friendly greet. Went to ask about air con and the response was not as you'd expect. I was told "there is a fan in the cupboard". Found said fan to realise it is one that plugs in to USB socket. This alone will tell you how good the fan actually was. If I had known about air con at the time of booking. I would NOT be staying. Coffee machine did not work. There wasn't many condiments provided for cups of tea/coffee. Couldn't get Netflix or other apps on TV either. All in all a very quiet 4 day away. I'm sure there is something else for same price that would have fit the bill.

Quiet room overlooking the Golf Course. Comfortable and perfect for a short stay. Staff were mostly young, friendly and helpful. It may be a little out the way if you do not have a car but there is a bus service just across the road where you can get a bus to almost anywhere locally. A good choice on the menu and there was very little missing from the breakfasts served.

Having returned several times, I can confidently say the Centurion offers a dependable and enjoyable stay - and I’ll continue to choose it in the future.

Stayed one night and booked two rooms for five of us. This was a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Plenty of parking available, approachable and friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms with plenty of good quality towels, free Wi-Fi, small lovely details such as slippers, plenty of coffee/tea, snacks available in the room and very comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Breakfast was included in our price and cooked to order, there was also a great selection of juices, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt...
Overall we had a very pleasant stay, we will definitely go back and extremely good value for money.

Really clean and well appointed room. Quiet location even though it is close to a main road. Warm welcoming staff. Just a nice relaxing place to stay with no fuss and has everything you need. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room 235 was lovely, clean and well equipped with lovely views over the golf course and pond.| |Reception staff super friendly and helpful.|Plenty of parking and even electric chargers so I could charge my car overnight.||The dinner menu is a little restrictive but I had a pizza which was lovely.||The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is breakfast was a failure. Unfortunately I didn’t leave myself much time to eat breakfast but I stood in the breakfast area for ages waiting to be served/seated and every member of staff just kept walking past and ignoring me so in the end I gave up and went to work without having any breakfast.|I think the morning staff need to be a little more attentive.

The rooms are small with no aircon so gets very hot at night. In desperate need of a refresh and updating. Pillows are terrible. Breakfast is not included despite hefty price tag. No complimentary facilities e.g. to gym and pool. No conditioner in bathrooms. The shampoo, shower gel and hand wash all seem to be the same thing. Shower-head attachment in bathroom was broken. There is only one person manning Reception and she was not there when we arrived. Nobody answers the phones at Reception. Definitely not a 4 star hotel - I will not be recommending or returning even at half the price of £185 per night (room only).
