I came with family for the New Year Eve Gala from the moment we arrived the reception staff were excellent.|The gala evening was of excellent value for the money. The food, entertainment, Photo Booth and the casino tables were excellent. We stayed over night and the refurbished rooms were of a high standard and breakfast the following morning was delicious and a good variety of dishes. |Well done to the whole team making our stay so special.

From the initial arrival, the hotel team couldn’t do more to be welcoming. ||The bedroom was beautifully presented and incredibly clean. ||The lounge and bar areas, are very well designed and comfortable to sit and enjoy a drink. ||The breakfast offering, was very comprehensive and wrapped up a lovely experience well.

Very good hotel, smart bedrooms very clean and comfortable beds bathrooms clean with walk in shower, staff very helpful .. would have liked to try the restaurant but was going to a wedding. It was a bargain price for 2 people. £75 - breakfast extra for £11 each but we missed it as we thought it was on till 11am and only till 10, our fault.

A lovely hotel situated close to East Midlands Airport.. stopping over was a great start to our holiday and a very good rate through hotel website. Th staff are lovely and make you feel at home and the lunch and evening meal are fab . The decor in Marco restaurant is fab👍 coming back on Friday to stop overnight before going home 👍👍

Nice breakfast where you can squish oranges. The pizza is good too. It doesn’t really feel like a best western but a bit more boutique. It was really nice.

The newly refurbished Yew Lodge did not disappoint! Muhammed on Reception dealt with my booking as soon as I arrived, I was very stressed as had had a worriesome day and was late for a dinner with friends. He kindly gave me a very good room rate including breakfast for 2 nights, which was absolutely excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay indeed and very good value for money.

Last minute booking. Superb staff, especially reception staff, went above expectations to help me with an issue. Rooms were very clean and refreshed everyday. Food was excellent in the restaurant. |Would highly recommend and book again.
