0 STAR RANKING. False Advertisement! Taxi driver couldn't see the apparent hotel as was advertised on the website and was that worried about us he waited the 20 minutes until we had access to the keys because he was worried about us. No manager to let us in had phone him to be told to wait 20 minutes to be told our keys were in a security lock box and he did not speak good English. Then walked up to the top floor where there were dozens of bags of dirty washing which were asked by managers to not be left out. We then reached our room which had not been cleaned. A towel from who knows where was left behind. No wi-fi as advertised unless you use public location NO PUBLIC Wi-fi THAT ISN'T SOMEONE ELSE'S THAT REQUIRES PASSWORD. No heating. Broken cooker hob does not work. Broken fan. Broken windows. Unwashed kitchen items. No plug for sink. Watered down washing up liquid. Bathroom was unacceptable. Shower is rusting in corners. No hot water. Stiff lock. Thin walls. Can hear neighbours very easily especially when using Shared bathroom. Bathrooms downstairs were nicer, cleaner and had hot water and heating absolutely ridiculous!!! Tried to report this to manager and maintenance and was never resolved. And no refunds!!! ||||Will not be returning ever! Absolutely appalling. DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH IT!!! PLEASE REPORT!!!

Brilliant value for London. A lovely cleaner comes every day and restocks toilet paper soap etc. Rooms and sheets are clean on arrival with a desk and chairs provided. There is a kitchen and bathroom for every 2 rooms so never a problem with over-crowding. All the negative reviews were clearly expecting a hotel type situation which it is not nor does it claim to be. It's the cheapest room in London and is perfectly fine for the price. My two friends and I stayed in one of the rooms for 3 weeks while we waited for our new house to become available.

Very unclean, dirty bins, dirty shower, dirty floors, dirty windows, everything dirty and a really bad sour, sewage smell, disgusting. The toilet was loose from the floor, furniture all wobbly and falling apart. Check in supposed to be 4pm, did not get in until 6pm. There is no reception, so I text the number just before 4pm, they are supposed to send you a code to get in the door, we got told to wait as someone would be there in half hour. After 50 minutes he text saying another 10 minutes and then it was another half hour. Then after all the time waiting they sent the code-it did not make sense. Then there was a mix up with the rooms, I think they had double booked. We unpacked and went out and when we got back, someone had been in our room and packed all of our belongings away in our bags. Everything was packed, clothes out of the wardrobe, chargers out of wall, toiletries and our towels were missing and an Oyster card gone. I know it was cheap and you get what you pay for, but cheap doesn't mean dirty and smelly. I have stayed in many budget rooms over the years and never experienced anything like this. You should get told how the system works for getting into the property before you make the booking. If I would have known how awkward and annoying it was going to be I would have booked somewhere else.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Month before my booking I advised hotel time of my arrival, which was outside the standard check in hours. I did not receive any information that it does not suit the owner. Two days before arrival Jon from the hotel send me a message to confirm time of arrival. Finally when I arrived nobody opened the door nor picked up the phone. When I send a message to Jon asking how can we get into the room he cancelled my reservation through Booking and claimed that I did not show up in the property. The owner is a cheater and stole my money. Moreover Booking.com did not protect my interest and did not support me in getting a refund from the hotel.

The hotel is falsely advertised. It took us hours to locate and I believe there are only 3 rooms.. When I asked how we enter the property the manager said he didn't know. We called multiple times and no one would answer the phone. We arrived to the manager telling us to wait outside or we wouldn't be let in. The cleaner opened the door with an unwelcoming manner with ripped gloves and filthy hands. the inside of the property was disgusting. the floorboards were practically dirt covered black. The area is unsafe and wasn't fit for us to stay in as we did not feel at all safe there - especially after reading reviews about people entering rooms and stealing their belongings. When we requested a refund they agreed however when we rang back they refused and hung up on us.

This place is nasty, loud, and hot as hell itself. Cleanliness will be addressed at the end, so make sure to stick around for that! You are forced to keep the windows open because there is no AC. Problem is when they are open you hear cars driving and people yelling all night long. The beautiful scent of cigarettes and sometime weed wafts into your room, but remember, don’t close the windows or you will sweat nonstop. Not that closing the windows was an option for us as one of them had the hinges bent and was forced to remain open at all times. ||||By this point you are probably thinking, well, I will just hop in a cold shower to cool down. Luckily for you, that shouldn’t be a problem as this building gets NO hot water. Unfortunately, you will not be able to dry off afterwards as towels are not provided. Not even hand towels. Nothing.||||Outside of that, you might see that they have WiFi and think that is a nice little treat.. well, surprise again! The WiFi works 1/4th of the time if you are lucky. Ironically, that is probably the best part of the stay here.||||The landlord or whoever is impossible to get a hold of. They told me I could check in early as I would be arriving a couple of hours before our 4pm check in. We got to the building and tried calling the number provided only to have him not answer or return any of my calls until 40 minutes later standing in the hot hallway with the lights flickering on and off.||||AND NOW FOR THE REAL KICKER! This place is disgustingly dirty, I mean, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I have attached pictures for your enjoyment. There were tissues on the ground in the bathroom when we got here. The bathroom is in between two rooms and is shared. Those same tissues laid on the ground our entire 3 day stay. Who knows how long they had been there for. If only that was the worst of the problems. I will stick with the bathroom for now. It literally smells like an outhouse (I am talking the ones outside where you take a dump into a hole in the ground.) we could smell its stench as we got to our floor. No need to even go near it to get a load of the smell. The sink drain was removed and sat on the side of the sink with who knows what all over it. The drain itself had some sort of plastic shoved down into it. There was no soap, except a bottle of shampoo, to wash your hands with and nothing to dry your hands with (as addressed in the no towels whatsoever portion). The shower has no hot water and had crap all over the ground. The drain looked as though it haven’t ever been scrubbed as residue lines the drain and was thick. I honestly feel more dirty even looking at it. The inside of the toilet was black and was older than London itself. (Probably why it smelled so bad.)||||As for the room, it looks okay until you look a tad closer. There is bug traps along the floor which frequently catch bugs. There is a stove in the room which is covered in grime and old food. There is a fridge in the room with eggs in it that we certainly did not bring, so I have not idea how many millennia they have been in here. There is not closet, dressers, or tv. Only half of the lights work and some of them are hanging out of the ceiling. Our bed is truly terrifying. Upon pulling back the covers we discovered HAIR AND STAINS ON OUR BEDDING!!! I have not dared go under them since and have just slept on top of the covers with no blanket. Scary stuff mates. If you walk on the floor barefooted for too long expect to have dark feet and have crumbs or toilet paper stuck to them.||||All in all, it is a cheap price, but still way to much as i ended up feeling as though i should have been paid to stay here. You get far less than what you pay for in this scenario. ||||Do not stay here or you will end up regretting it! Sharing our of love, Jeff & Zoey

Bring towels, even though it says they have, he will text you saying they don't have them, don't be there in time because the host won't be there for one hour after. Rat killer traps on the floor of our room and the window doesn't fully close, which makes it hard to sleep with the wind and rain. Bed sheets all used and dirty. No toilet paper. And to top it all of, no Wi-Fi reception in our room (the familiar size one at least), and the shared bathroom shower only had super hot water, and the door doesn't open from inside the actual bathroom, it's pretty awkward if you are by yourself. Pretty confortable bed though. Don't stay here, it sucks
