Lovely, clean and well-maintained accommodation managed by a very helpful and pleasant team. The farmhouse is on the edge of the campus and surrounded by countryside, so it's a quiet and undisturbed space very separate from the university. Shared kitchens and bathrooms, but both very clean and well-equipped and I never had to wait to use either. There are lots of facilities a very short walk away on campus, including a Co-Op supermarket, book shop, Costa Coffee, lots of food options, cinema and arts centre. Whether you're visiting the university or looking for a base to explore Canterbury, this is a great option and excellent value for money.

Really pleasant accommodation within a listed farmhouse. Nice touch was finding 2 towelling robes in the wardrobe. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom, the only downside is that these facilities are shared with another room, though thankfully not at the time we stayed. Had comfortable stay.
