try to avoid a lorry delivery in this place as much as you can. it's horrible. I can't give less than one star to accurately describe the place. if you are from another company you are made to wait endlessly

Really nice and helpful staff in goods in, shame they can’t be as efficient in getting you tipped. They start tipping at 07:15 but that message doesn’t appear to have gotten through to the staff who actually tip you.
No system for bay allocation just wait for someone to open a dock door and give you a call.

Sat in a completely empty yard but refused to tip me yet as I am early. 1 pallet. The place is a joke. Shocking. Also very rude staff, the woman at goods inwards should not be talking to people the way she does. I’m just here to deliver, not get abuse

Terrible place for tipping, 9 times out of 10 the staff will ignore the drivers waiting with paperwork or for the paperwork. The odd occasion you can be in and out in no time but they are rare.
