We used the Big Roast for a family gathering in the garden.
The communication, was great. The menu choices are simple but really delicious and the booking process was extremely easy,

Phil was our chef, he arrived on time, was really friendly and professional.
He set up the cooking/preparing area in the garden with no fuss at all.
The food was served on time and was amazing! Everyone commented on how great it was and there was enough for people to have seconds.
I ordered a fruit platter (which wasn’t actually on the menu) but Phil prepared it while he was here using a large array of super fresh fruits.
The desserts I ordered were fantastic and the carrots cake was the best I’ve ever eaten!!

A massive thank you to the Big Roast for making our event so special.
We will definitely be using you again and we would highly recommend you to anyone.

We had a BBQ for all our onsite at work as they couldn't all make a xmas party. Everything went as planned and all that we ordered was supplied. Even though it was a cold day, the gentleman managing the BBQ was happy to wait for a few people to get back to site. The process was easy, the food was great and I will be booking for the summer!

We booked a hog and lamb roast for 60 people for a birthday garden party. Very easy to organise prior to the day. Day itself ran like clockwork, all timings were spot on. Chef Joe did a great job and was very friendly. Food was delicious and was a great addition to the day. People loved watching it cooking throughout the afternoon. Everyone had a healthy portion and just enough left overs after.
Joe packed away quickly and left a very clean area. Would highly recommend.

We used Big Roast for my ‘big 50’ bbq party last weekend. They were excellent (still, as they were when we used them for my 40th, 10 years ago). Prompt, courteous, tidy and served delicious food - we had the lamb and pork spit roasts, and halloumi skewers, which our guests thoroughly enjoyed. Thoroughly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have used "the big roast" and sure it will not be the last.
The whole process is easy and you are kept informed throughout.
The food was wonderful with the meat cooked just right with lovely crackling and was well received by all who attended our event, the salads and coleslaw and tarts and quiches were fresh and well presented.
Also the chef was good with our guests and nothing was too much trouble.
Thanks for helping make our event a success !
