Life may be too short to stay in the same holiday location more than once, but such was the quality of this experience and accommodation we have made a return visit within a few months. |The most beautiful location you could imagine. Carol and David were great hosts, the rooms were lovely, plenty of choice at breakfast time and a lovely location. They also gave us great dinner suggestions. Very friendly and welcoming, can't wait to stay again in the future.

This is a beautiful B&B that I would definitely recommend. Our room was super clean and typical countryside interior which I love. Everything was great, the bed, the towels, and especially the breakfast.

What an absolute gem. We are now looking for a reason to return. An incredible setting with wildlife galore and near to Hawick and Jedburgh so you can visit but retreat to the beautiful house. Glorious gardens and a wonderful room which along with the rest of the place was spotless inside and out. The hosts are genuinely lovely people and know what they are doing. A step above any B&B we’ve stayed in recently and worth making a destination rather than a stopover. Either way you will receive a breakfast that’s on another level. Not much more to say than I pity any four in a bed competitors that come up against this jewel. If Carlsberg did B&B!!!

Lovely room. Lovely location. Lovely host.
Awaited my arrival till after 9pm, which was nice.

Not a mark down but if you're not a confident driver it's location is single track roads so don't arrive to late.

There was nothing to dislike here at all.||I liked the wonderful lady, Carol, and her husband who own and run this B&B. She explained everything perfectly and showed us round herself. They were both very helpful.||The house was immaculate and spotless. All the decor was lovely. Gorgeous inside and out, Tidy garden too. Set in the middle of very peaceful countryside. Plenty of parking near the house.||They came out to help us with luggage and welcomed us. It was just lovely. China cups for tea and coffee, Tea always tastes better in bone china, A special pretty teapot for my Earl Grey.||The attention to detail is amazing in this house.||It's lovely and homely. Carol had fabulous home made compote and local produce like sausages,honey, jam, fresh fruit and vegetables. Breakfast was one of the finest and probably the best I have ever had. Delicious and perfectly cooked, She had cereal too, And no I ve never met her before. :)||I had a rare-for-me good nights sleep in the very comfy large bed, Crisp white sheets with a summer quilt in. There was also a very good shower and a bath in our en-suite, which filled quickly. ||I'm going again on our return journey from Scotland.||Cant wait. ||

Carol and David were superb hosts and the setting at Billerwell was idyllic.

A warm welcome on arrival and a nicely appointed room were perfect after a long journey.

Breakfast was a treat. Plenty to choose from and delicious too.

Walks from the farm were accessible and offered superb views of the area and, on a clear day, beyond.

Nothing but praise from me and I’ll definitely be back.
