A hidden gem in the heart of Bethnal Green. Off the beaten track although just two minutes from Cambridge Heath overground station Billy’s is brilliant!

Super polite and friendly staff, bright, clean and airy, good value for money and excellent food - what’s not to love?!? I honestly can’t find a single fault with this cafe!

I now wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for an all-day Billy’s Special breakfast!

As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile. A big cup of tea was presented to me which I really appreciated, just what I needed. I ordered the egg, bacon and avocado sandwich, it was very nice! It could be even better if the bread was previously toasted. Bit pricey for the area, but really nice atmosphere and food. Thank you guys!

Quality sandwiches, generous and fast service. Only 4 starts as the prices are higher than similar café in the area with very similar quality of food.
Guys at the counters very nice and waiter always smiling. Good atmosphere overall for a quick bite.

Go here all the time as our office is down the road and cannot recommend enough.

Lovely breakfast sandwiches and great fry ups for lunch. They're really accommodating it you want to swap out any items for another, the pricing is more than reasonable, and the portion sizes are great!

As if that isn't enough the owners are really lovely.
