Visited this van this morning - pork belly was absolutely amazing!! In all honesty I’ve never had bao buns before as I thought they were tough rubbery things (I’m sorry!!) but these ones were the complete opposite, add to that the lightly spiced, flavourful caramel drizzle and the pickle garnish, the whole was pretty perfect! Unfortunately I’m only down here working for a few days but if I lived here I’d probably be visiting this guy every weekend.

Binchovan makes some great Asian inspired food. The pulled pork Bao buns are delicious. I particularly like the Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad) Its light and refreshing,he does not use fish sauce. The Kimchi is superb too its a quite light kimchi again with no fish sauce,I highly recommend the salads. Meat is cooked on a proper Japanese bbq. The owner is a very nice guy and is approachable if you have any questions or just fancy a chat. A good street food business, Great service and often busy. Pics next week.

So today in horsham i ordered a pulled pork bun from him. Guy after me ordered a same food seem to be they friends because they had a nice small talk. So obviously he got it first then me and when i asked where is mine it wasn't even start cooking. He laughed about it. So i left. So amateur and disorganised place. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THERE.
