Binley House Farm is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. It was a perfect pairing with a visit to Highclere Castle. The beds are very cozy and the shower was great. Caroline is a wonderful hostess. She served a yummy breakfast in the morning with lots of options. The farm is scenic and quiet. It is relaxing to walk around the grounds and look at the beautiful horses. Caroline was very communicative and helpful with taxi and local pub suggestions. She even gave us a ride to the local pub for dinner one night. Great place to stay. I would love to stay there again.

We stayed at Binley House Farm Bed & Breakfast for one night around the beginning of July. The house is situated in a beautiful rural location and so was very quiet. Our room was very comfortable with a good bed and very nice shower room with a good shower. Caroline was lovely and a very good host. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It was also nice to see the horses, particularly the very cute foal. We enjoyed our short stay, would stay here again and would recommend without hesitation. We ate at the Bourne Valley Inn, which was a short drive away and very good.

We loved our stay at this gem of a B&B, which was recommended by the Countess of Carnarvon on the Highclere Castle website. We arrived for our two-night stay just in time to watch the Royal Wedding on May 19, which our hostess very kindly allowed us to watch with her in her sitting room. The house is spacious and filled with light, there's a lovely garden to eat breakfast when the weather is fine, and Caroline was happy to lend us maps and give us directions to places and tips on what to see (and skip). She also has a number of gorgeous Arabian horses on her farm, which we went up to admire and pet several times during our stay. It was quiet and relaxing and made us want to move to the country! We plan to stay there again, hopefully soon.

Country living to the most lovely degree! Carolyn is an incredible host who goes above and beyond, and you can tell how much she loves her beautiful horses. The rooms are cozy and spacious, up a flight of stairs, with good WiFi and comfort. It is about 15 minutes drive away from Highclere Castle and 20 from Newbury Station, so is ideal to stay at with a car or prebooked taxi of some sort. Absolutely a treat to stay here!

I arrived in blissful sunshine to be greeted warmly by Caroline. We had discussed my love of horses in advance so she kindly took me straight to the fields so I could meet the Arabian horses she has homebred. ||My room was exceptionally well appointed with two dressing gowns in the bathroom. The room overlooked the stables which was perfect! Caroline cooked a fabulous breakfast for me in the morning and we chatted more about her horses. The surrounding countryside is glorious. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home and lovely welcome from Caroline. The rooms were a delight, beautifully appointed and with superb attention to detail in the fittings i.e. the lovely retro brass door handles and locks. Nothing seemed to be spared to make it feel homely as well as luxurious. Also an excellent selection of quality books i.e. Thakeray and Trollope on the plentiful bookshelves. Breakfast was very good too especially the black pudding! I cannot recommend this place and its gracious owner too highly. (no, I am not a relative or family friend!) Outstanding

Had a lovely night here, peaceful and quiet. Caroline was great and provided a tasty english breakfast in the morning. Wifi worked a treat, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I'll add that if you're a fan of horses you'll especially love the place as Caroline has plenty.

Loved our visit w/ Caroline....it was like staying w/ a friend. Beautiful clean rooms w/ en suite bathroom. Rooms are nicely decorated w/ antiques. Stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding in nearby St Mary Bourne. Also visited nearby Winchester as well as Highclere Castle. Highly recommend!!!
