Erin’s class was fantastic, she went at my pace and took every care to ensure I understood the methods. I can’t recommend classes with Erin enough, I left feeling confident in what I had been taught and able to take this forward when making my next cake.

I attended the Vintage Lambeth Cake course with Erin …. It was fantastic. I learnt so many new techniques from stacking, crumbing, icing and decorating. I couldn’t believe the finished results of my cake (nor could my family and friends). Erin is a brilliant teacher .. patient, inspiring and fun, and her kitchen was a great space to work in. I look forward to doing some more courses with her! Thank you Erin for a truly enjoyable experience!!

I can’t believe I haven’t come across Erin and her classes before! I recently did the Lambeth cake decorating class and had such a good time that as soon as I got home, I booked straight onto the macaron class!

Erin explains everything in such a clear, easy to understand way and makes you feel totally confident, even if you’re not super experienced and I came away from the classes with so many tips and techniques that I can’t wait to practice!

Both classes were fantastic - I learned so much and had such a good time. Erin is patient, lovely, and really welcoming. She is an absolute expert in all things cakes and baking. I can’t recommend her enough!

Myself and my partner went for our Anniversary and what an experience! We learned the art of making Macarons and had great fun with the class. Very down to earth and chilled out. Erin was lovely and made sure we always had a tea/coffee and helped us when we needed it. I recommend this class. Thank you!

I ordered two celebration cakes from Erin for our 60th and 65th birthday party which were delivered to the venue . They were absolutely beautiful and delicious. All our guests commented how lovely they were and enjoyed eating them.
I would definitely recommend ordering from them.

Erin’s cake for our wedding in June was simply sensational. We had initially thought about not having a wedding cake, but then we had a taste of Erin’s work at a supplier event and knew immediately we had to have her create something for our big day.
The Spiced Ginger and White Chocolate flavours were so delicious and were a hit with all our guests, while the whole design was superb.
Throughout the process, Erin was a joy to work with, communicated designs really well and the final product was better than we ever expected.

Well, dealing with Erin was such a pleasure
Nothing was too much trouble and she listened and presented a beautiful elegant cake - she even agreed to a gluten free top tier
The cake tasted divine - light moist and such a delicate flavour
So many guests asked me who made our cake !!
