Had a fabulous 3 night stay in this B&B. Great for exploring the local area. Our room, The Haven was on the first floor, and spacious. The room is beautifully laid out with everything to cater to your needs. bed was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to room at your requested time, was delicious and adequate for our needs Our hosts Richard and Sandra were very attentive and have a great knowledge of the area. A wonderful special place to stay. If we are ever in the area again we’ll definitely be back .

Hosts were extremely welcoming. We felt really comfortable and the cottage is in a fantastic location to explore the surrounding areas such as Bamburgh and Alnwick. Richard has a lot of knowledge of Northumberland and is happy to advise and direct. The breakfast is really nice too. Overall, very enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I had the most delightful stay for two nights. The location was ideal as a base for exploring Northumberland. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming as well as attentive to all our needs to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The accommodation was kept spotlessly clean and adhered to the Covid 19 cleanliness regulations. The breakfasts were served to our room and the locally sourced produce, choice and cooking were brilliant. The room had a balcony and a sea view at the other side. The bed was so comfortable and supportive. Overall everything was catered for and we would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We plan to return in due course.

Stayed her last year and re-booked immediately. Lovely rooms with lots of nice touches. Complimentary chocolate bar and Pringles on arrival. Nespresso machine in room, good selection of tea and coffees, daily caramel shortbread in room and fresh milk replenished daily in the fridge. Breakfasts are excellent and slightly different from the usual standard fayre. Richard and Sandra are very friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. In a great location for a base. Yards from the A1, though you wouldnt know it. Would definitely recommend

We love this boutique B&B have been here on four occasions allways impeccable in every way. Superb breakfast, comfy bed lovely clean rooms , nice patio to sit out and chill. Richard and Sandra are lovely hosts. Wished everywhere we stayed payed so much attention to detail ... A superb B&B don't hesitate about it if it's available book it ! 😀

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived. Lots of little extra touches which we loved. This accommodation is a little gem. Richard and Sandra were so welcoming. Breakfast fantastic! Nice little place to stay, not too far away from most places you'd want to see on the Northumberland coast.
Breakfast is served to your room and there's a nice balcony to relax on and eat in the morning. Not sure how this works in the rain.
The owners are friendly and helpful and informative.

From the moment we arrived our hosts Richard & Sandra were very friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble . The room was outstanding, as can be seen from the pictures. Lots of personal touches were a lovely surprise. Breakfast was extremely good, local produce and ample portions. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Well situated close to A1 yet very peaceful location. We will definitely be returning.
