As an ex lorry driver, I have spent many years driving around the UK and had to eat out many places. None of them even come close to the poor quality that is supposed to be "breakfast" plus having to wait for half an hour before it was served, I have given better food to my dog! The Truck stops in the UK would have gone out of business if they served food as poor as this. The sorry burnt sausage, dry and greasy minute slice of bacon and a greasy apology for a fried egg, the hash brown verged on the acceptable as were the baked beans and half an undercooked tomato. My tea and my wife's coffee were served fairly quickly, but by the time the single tea bag had infused some taste into the pot it was cold, so by the time our breakfast had arrived it was gone, if I wanted another pot to accompany my breakfast I had to go back to the reception area and order it but didn't bother.
If the people who own/run this sorry excuse for a café want to see how it should be done, then do your homework and visit the many transport cafes or even the food wagons that can be found on most of the business parks around Medway.

Who in their right mind designed this process for a cafe in a garden centre?!!!! You enter, shown to a table, given menus then you've got yo go back to a stand-in at door order without seeing any cakes, nothing in fact that's on the menu.

They've hired an army of young people to administer this inefficient process who try and make the best of it. Insane - the owners to blame. The walky talkies a new one to try and make contact between the payment desk and the kitchen - clearly on manoeuvres. You'd have to see it to believe it.

Took 30 mins to get a coffee and slice of cake. From time I arrived to the food landing I could have made, baked a cake and boiled the kettle.

A change for the worst im afraid.

Gone downhill. Used to love it. Slow service. Poor choice on menu. No adaptation for diabetic diet however small. They will just say weve run out then suggest the filling on something else. Only one side of toast toasted so Interior of toasties made the bread soggy. Member of staff just shrugged shoulders. Extremely rude manager with blond hair and glasses. Mobility aid not allowed. Grabbed and taken away. Only the same as a pushchair. Used to come 3 times a week. Shame no one ever responds to these reviews.

Restaurant located inside the Garden Centre. Great to have a meal when looking for some gardening things. Good atmosphere with cafe vibes. Food prices are higher than the quality that you get. There is another outside area with a playground for kids.

It is sad to see a good place go down hill. Lots of people there, oh had ham egg chips..that was ok. I had kids portion sausage mash peas as cant eat big meals. Sausages good, but told team leader that the microwave killed the mash and peas. How can you do that to peas. Was it because it was a kids meal,. Got no feedback from team leader so spoke to another lady as thought that was bad customer service...eg no apology, reason, excuse...nothing.
Left most of mash and peas....
Not a good response. Not sure mash was not powdered/frozen..

Waited 15 minutes after being seated for order to be taken and paid for at that point then another 23 minutes before it arrived (obviously they know customers may walk if delivery takes too long).
Items were ok......ish but nothing special.

Would not win any prizes for speedy service thats for sure.

In all honesty, would not recommend this venue.

Food bland coffee nice girls serving talking about customers caus she took dirty glass bac I'd already took coffee bac caus dirty needs checking out boy taking money v friendly wouldn't recommend this

Great breakfast. Think it’s a great idea they have a dog section and a dog menu. There was a mistake with my order but sorted out fast by the service team once it was brought to their attention. Will definitely come again
