We were so pleased with your team, service and food last Friday at St Mary's for the joint function of Sandwich and Honfleur Twinning partners.

The work you did in advance of the night itself was much appreciated, your timings were spot-on, and your own relaxed manner was perfect for us. We all appreciated how well you adopted the theme for the evening, both in the choice of food as well as your team getting into the spirit with your outfits.

We would certainly recommend you to friends and similar organisations to our own, and we'd have no hesitation in asking you to do a future event for us on the evidence of the great experience that you gave us.

We hired Blackbird Catering for our wedding and they were fantastic from start to finish. Hugh provided amazing communication throughout with the multiple questions we had to ask him and the running on the day was amazing. From canapés, a BBQ and a pizza oven, everything was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made sure we both got a bit of everything. If you are looking for someone to cater your wedding, we would highly recommend.

Hired for our wedding at Reach Court Farm on 26/05/24. Food was absolutely exceptional, incredible value and served BBQ style to give guests a range of options.

Catering staff very immensely attentive and helpful; we really appreciated all the effort they gave to help on our big day.

Hugh and the team took all the organisation off our hands, all we needed to give were guest numbers and allergies, all in all it made for an incredibly relaxing wedding to organise for us, and a perfect experience on the day.

Hugh and his team catered for our wedding in May 2023. We opted for a BBQ buffet which came with 5 delicious salads, followed by some delightful puddings options.

The food perfectly fit the day and our venue and we have receieved lots of compliments about it.

Hugh was great at responding to any questions and concerns we had and his laid back approach put us at ease.

The team there on the day were really excellent and seemed intent that everyone had what they needed. Highly recommend and thank you Blackbird Caterers.

Hired caterers for 70 th birthday party with two bar staff. Buffet provided was excellent . All my guests commented on how good the food was and bar staff were totally organised , friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone . Hugh provided excellent communication throughout . Hugh and the team catered my wedding in October and they were brilliant. Excellent hog roast with delicious salads and sides to choose from. The quality was fantastic and there was plentiful to go around. The staff were all over it and were really discrete. We had pizza for the evening and they were able to go gluten free and vegan options (although would recommend ensuring these are labelled so the vegan one doesn't go!)

Hugh and his team catered our wedding, and we could not be any happier with everything. The process from start to finish was so easy, Hugh was more than willing to accommodate our needs.
