We booked this B&B as it was near a wedding we were attending and the Premier Inn was full. It was a lovely surprise. We don’t normally stay in B&B’s, but this one was very welcoming, spotlessly clean, with firm, supportive, comfortable mattresses on the bed, a coffee machine and herb tea bags in the room, boxes of chocolates and sweets in every room (which our nephew appreciated!), and a very good quality cooked breakfast. Free parking and good WiFi were a bonus, especially as we had poor mobile and data connections on our phones in the area. Thank you to the owners for a very comfortable stay.

Having stayed in mostly 5 star hotels this was our first experience staying in a B&B. Well firstly we shouldn't have been apprehensive as our stay, room and lovely touches were as good if not better from a "hotel". Lovely toiletries , good coffee machine and lovely bed linen all made our stay. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and the best scrambled eggs I've had. |R

We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay in this beautiful B&B which is credit to Lisa, the owner.||Excellent communication from the moment I made my initial enquiry about room availability, right through to when we checked out. Lisa knows the area well and gave us some helpful hints for places to visit.||Blackmill Spinney B&B is immaculate, spotlessly clean, with high quality furnishings and beautifully decorated and well equipped rooms.We stayed in the Chichester room, a spacious room, with an incredibly comfy bed - we had the best sleep for ages. A large walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. There are lots of added extras which add to the experience. The breakfast was perfect, a good choice of cold things including fresh fruit salad and then for the cooked breakfast we had quality ingredients cooked to order - absolutely delicious.||Blackmill Spinney B&B is close to Chichester and Arundel and an ideal base if you are visiting anywhere in the area including Goodwood or Petworth.||Excellent value for money.||We will definitely return. ||Thank you to Lisa and Gloria for helping us both to really enjoy out weekend away.

We needed a place to stay as we were going to a wedding nearby. The Hilton was fully booked so found this little gem! Beautiful place! So modern and shabby chic! Beds are super comfy and linen so soft! Best sleep followed by the best breakfast ever! Thanks so much x

Just spent three days/nights at this lovely B&B , we stayed in the Eartham double room, the room is really lovely the bed linen the towels and dressing gowns were emaculate crisp and clean, a beautiful onsuite bathroom and so many little extras, chocolates by the bed, variety of teas and coffee, fresh bottle of water. The breakfast choice is vast and consist of fresh fruit, yoghurt , choice of cereals and an amazing choice of items cooked freshly for you. The whole facility is very well maintained, Lisa and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

We had the best stay here and couldn’t fault it! We were met on arrival by Lisa who was a delight, couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. She showed us to our room which was beautiful and had absolutely everything we could have asked for and more. Decor beautiful and immaculately clean, staff were all delightful, the breakfast was amazing and the best we have ever had! We would totally recommend Blackmill for an outstanding place to stay! This B&B is more like a boutique guest house. Clean and stylish. Attention to the details. The property is decorated and styled perfectly. I love the glass jar of miniature jelly babies in the entrance hallway... help yourselves. The owners Lisa and Mark put themselves out for their guests. The breakfasts are a treat for the eyes and the tummy.

Took my wife to visit Arundel Castle and, me being me, went looking for hotels. Instead I found Blackmill Spinney Boutique B&B and I’m so glad. Out in the countryside, a fabulous room with patio doors and a private garden just for us, and a home cooked breakfast every morning. Do yourself a favour - skip the hotels for once and try something like this instead. You won’t regret it one little bit.
