A little hidden gem!
We were staying just 5 minutes away and absolutely loved coming here for lunch and a hot drink or two. There's a beautiful garden and also private little shed/pods for you to sit in too- great if you have your dog with you!
The staff are so lovely and the food and baked treats were great! I'd also recommend the hot chocolate.
Will hopefully visit again!

Wow , Absolutely loved our stay , beautiful place , beautiful surroundings.Stayed for 2 nights in The Solar room it was comfy , very clean and tidy .Fruit , water and tea making facilities in the room .Hosts were very attentive and friendly..

We went for coffee and cake and bought a couple of bits from the Farm Shop. Really love this place - friendly staff, delicious cake and coffee, and a real 'wow' factor as you drive up to see the 'manor', which we think, from our limited knowledge (but interest in) of the architecture, would be late medieval/just pre-Tudor - early 15th century - just stunning! They do B&B here.

Staff didnt even acknowledge we had walked in. Nothing homemade and very sad/old looking veg. This used to be an amazing farm shop don't know what it is now but utterly disappointing.

Pre booked this morning for 5 for breakfast for a family birthday. Arrived at 10am. Allocated ‘The Dog House’ shed. Cramped, uncomfortable seating, dingy and smelly. Breakfast took so long I got up and had a walk around outside as I couldn’t stand being couped up in the unappealing shed we were sat in and the air was much cleaner smelling outside! During this time 2 young girls who were members of staff were loudly bickering over a breakfast order. It sounded familiar so I said that sounds like our order and clarified what had been ordered. 40 minutes for breakfast to be served. Not all served together so those of us that had been served had to go ahead and eat as it would have been cold. The food tasted lovely and was well presented when it eventually arrived. The overall experience however was incredibly mediocre and we won’t be returning. An obvious apparent lack of experienced or professional staff.

Great farm shop part of the wonderful Blackmore Farm. The shop is well stocked with lots of lovely produce and other goodies.
If your in the area on a visit I highly recommend staying here it's truly a step back in time, wonderful house with original features.Rooms are fantastic. The owners make you feel right at home, highly recommend.

Wow! What a great place, wonderful history, exceptional food and a special bedroom in the main building. We thoroughly enjoyed our 24 hrs at the Farm and the staff were so friendly and helpful. |As a party of 20, the dining area was superb and it made the celebration feel very special. The food was delicious, the mains being all hot and a huge selection of vegetables. To do that in one serving was impressive! |A special, unique and enchanting place. Would definitely return. 👍🏻👏🏻
