This viral coffee place opened on my doorstep, so I felt compelled to discover the hype. Unfortunately it was just a mediocre coffee place ? Nothing special at all. Pistachio latte was pleasant along with the pistachio cookie. Lemon drizzle cake a little dry. But it was simple average. Not a place I would go out of my way for. And not at the top of my list. But still a pleasant place.

Birmingham City Centre is growing up. The plethora of coffee shop choices is a fine indication of that. I’m happy Blank Street Coffee is here, and with it, better quality coffee is hitting our high street. Blank Street Coffee on New Street is a takeaway only offering. The branding of the shop is simple and effective. The service is up there with the best of the chain cafes. The coffee quality is up there too. It’s higher end and more focussed than Costa and Starbucks, but not quite in the realms of Yorks, Java and 200 degrees.
The location is perfect. You can enjoy the beautiful views of Victoria square while you stand and sip.

It was our first time trying matcha and Jackie made the experience so easy. She talked us through our choices and helped us choose our drinks. We tried blueberry matcha, white chocolate matcha and pistachio latte. The white chocolate wasn’t to our taste but the other two were lovely.

I hadn’t had a great day & had been looking forward to trying the Banana Bread Matcha all day - only to arrive to be told they were sold out. A little disappointed (as this had also happened in your Manchester store!) the really kind guy serving offered me a drink free of charge and absolutely brightened my day, and I can now fully recommend the Maple Hazel Matcha! Thank you so much. A lovely new addition to Birmingham, a great location, clean, tidy and efficient service ✨

Went on weekend, waited for 20 min in queue for our turn, got table to sit but it wasn't clean and neither the surrounding tables because of so much rush. Short staffed! Food was nice and staff was polite despite so much rush but not a good overall experience!

Second time here loving it just different to what’s available amazing drinks been going trough the recommended section on the app second time today has amazing staff nice and good service and pleasant personality when ordering on the app didn’t have what I wanted to have me and extra item just going above and beyond defo addicted my new favourite coffee shop just wish they open later and finally start there Deliveroo system
