We had a great stay in Bloc hotel as we had an early start in the morning for a long haul flight. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed and the location is amazing being right next to departures within the airport. The reception staff were professional and helpful providing us with complimentary fast track vouchers which made life easier. We also got upgraded to the vista room for no extra charge. Thanks!

I was looking for a hotel to stay while I was getting a connecting flight to Ireland and came across the Bloc Hotel, it was so easy to book and when I arrived at 05:30 in the morning I was in no mood to deal with anyone and anything.
The hotel does not use apps just a email link to your email address and away you go, very easy to use and the room was so comfortable rainfall shower and a comfortable bed. Very easy access to the room from the lift.
Clever system have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

I stayed in this hotel for a night and it was right in the south terminal on the third floor. Was very happy with my experience, the people on the front desk were friendly and helpful. I had a bunk bed room, I was very happy with it, as it was perfect for an individual like myself. I think the bathroom was nice, I was quite surprised how big it was compared to the room. I don’t think the shower was practical, and I think the mirror placement in the bathroom was a little odd. Loved that you can control the air-con and the lights. And the bed was comfortable.

This is great for relaxing start to your holiday. Easy access and shops and restaurants also on hand. The room was compact but perfect for one nights stay. ||You can get yourself to hot drinks & great to get free fast track pass. ||Would definitely stay here again if travelling from South Terminal.

Great airport stay. Well organised, easy check in (save for Gatwick glitchy WiFi). Ideal stay before early morning flight. Comfortable beds and fluffy large towels. Small windowless room and VIP room for 3 with corner window both good, fast track security with VIP room. Would use again.

Great hotel actually in Gatwick airport. Very handy for early morning check-ins. Reception/check-in really efficient & Giraffe restaurant almost next door to eat in. Rooms were small but perfectly comfortable & clean. Bathroom & shower were excellent. Took a bit of understanding to use tech in room

We used the online check in which meant our room key / lift control was via the weblink - worked well.||Probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We had two 23kg suitcases with us and only needed to open one - if you had more luggage than this you could struggle for space.||The en-suite is a wet room - the shower was good.||The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was cosy with the lights on and quiet and dark when we slept.||If couldn’t be a more convenient location for an overnight stay before an early morning flight.||I booked the room in October for our stay on 29th December and paid £125. Good value for money - would stay again.

The Bloc Hotel was ideal location for early flights out from Gatwick in the morning having checked in our luggage the night before. It is a very simple but well designed minimalistic room comprising of a comfortable bed and shower/toilet. Very clean! Facilities of the departure area were easily accessible and the hotel is directly adjacent to the airport security, so very convenient. Will always use this when flying out early from Gatwick 👍👍👍
