Went here for brunch to celebrate my partner's birthday, along with our 3 month old baby. The service was exceptional - every member of staff we interacted with was warm, friendly and engaging, efficient but not rushed.

The food was absolutely spot on. I played it safe but loved every bit of my full English (with extra - crispy bacon, not 'extra crispy' bacon 😉) while my partner's middle eastern breakfast also hit the spot. Finished off with a vanilla cheesecake, the sweetness of which was perfectly balanced by the fresh berries and compote. Excited to come back and try some other dishes!

Very nice restaurant with very good food, decent prices for Muswell Hill and an interesting menu. I would recommend this place. I had the Mexican dish with chicken and pancakes for dessert:). My niece had the Buttermilk Chicken Schnitzel (see pic) and it was big! The sweet potato chips were lovely.

It can get very busy during the weekends so it's helpful to have a reservation! Food is fresh and very tasty, desserts are worth trying!Had the fish tacos and were delicious! Staff were very friendly, love the interior, and the seed cards are a cute touch!

The pancake bacon and hash browns were so good! The atmosphere of the cafe is very wholesome and all the staff were really nice. Perfect spot for a Sunday brunch!

This is such a lovely place. It's super busy and you're safer making a booking or you may be wanting a while. It's still worth the wait though. I've been here 2/3 times now and the service is always friendly, polite and super helpful. The team here are great. I've been here for breakfast, brunch and lunch and the food is fresh and tasty. Good selection and a definite place to visit again. Thanks team

Have come about 4 or 5 times now, and always bring guests from out of town here. Bob’s Cafe is a staple for me. Every time i have ordered something different and the food has been delectable each time. Staff and service are friendly and pleasant. I tend to book for midday on a weekend which means it’s often very busy. I find this off-putting but one cannot be surprised given the quality of the taste, service and atmosphere. From the French toast to cookie dough skillet to juices, there is something for everyone on the menu and there has not been a single item of food I haven’t enjoyed.

Had lunch in bob’s prior to attending an old friend’s funeral in St James Church. Lunch was excellent service fantastic. Highly recommended. Reasonable cost.

Few things give you a simpler joy than a nice Sunday brunch overlooking the city from Muswell Hill at Bob's cafe. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is phenomenal. The food is itself excellent, and the staff are always welcoming.

The only downsides are that the menu is extremely heavy on eggs - the savoury brunch options without eggs are quite limited (which can be understandable for a brunch menu, but there should at least be an option to sub them out). It would be great if the two person tables were more comfortable and/or slightly larger, too
