I was recommended to have my nails done in Body Perfect, Yate, and I can honestly say I am NOT disappointed, Jo did my nails, and I am delighted with them. A very welcoming atmosphere, friendly smiley staff. I have rebooked.

Daughter had ears pierced and within a week one ear become infected where the earing sank into ear, rang up and asked if I could bring her in for them to remove it they said they can't and I'd have to take her to GP or walk in centre for them to do it. She also said it's happened because I am supposed to clean and turn it daily, I did both twice a day. Anyway took my daughter to another beauty salon where they were brilliant and removed it, and the reason it had happened was because the length of the stud was too small for my daughter's ear lobe, they said the earing they used is for use higher up on the ear. The place that sorted out my daughter replaced the earrings with correct sized ones and all good. So sadly I wouldn't recommend this place for child's ear piercing but if you do use them check the size of stud they use first.

This place is terrible, I got my ear’s pierced and they was too small, this place dose not care unless they get money. U have to sign a paper with ur info on . The earring was too small and sunk in my ear. I don’t recommend this salon it’s terrible . No hygiene and when u ring up about it they don’t care and say it’s not there problem I recommend troupers . Overall this salon 0/10 I hope no one decides to get there ears done . I don’t have a picture of when my ear was infected but they sank in my ear and had a huge infection it only took 5 days for this to happen . :/

Fantastic! Only set of gels I have ever managed to not chip within a few days...in fact managed weeks! Staff are lovely, prices are reasonable, and it’s a nice monthly treat for me and my mum to have together. She also has added that the job they do on her toes and eyebrows is fantastic. I’ll be there for my appointment 4/10 and excited to do so.
