Been going here for years, lovely relaxing rooms. Almost every time I’ve been I’ve had a different therapist but I’ve never been disappointed. Very professional service and will adjust as needed. I saw Susie today and she was very thorough as I’ve been having back issues lately.

The massage was okay but the one star is to the policy there. They charge you a £20 deposit and the rest as soon as you get there, not after the massage as most of the other business. That means the time they take your payment is taken off your total massage time and you are not informed beforehand in any form. I offered to make bank transfer instead of cash when I arrived, which took 5 mins and they took that off my total time and I wasn’t told about it earlier. The therapist was nice enough to extend for me but the way they do it is not fair and quite awful. Won’t return for sure. And I say it’s awful bc I know it’s not the norm of this industry as I have been to over 20 massage stores in London in the past 4 years, with a frequency of 2-3 times a month, so I believe I m not biased or ignorant making this comment.

Lovely massage parlour with friendly staff! Very well priced too. Once I did book a sports massage and the lady told me she wasn’t qualified for this; which was disappointing however this only happened once and the deep tissue I got was still brilliant.

I had the back, shoulder, head massage with Louis. The massage itself was fine but Louis was very inappropriate during the massage. He made comments on my body, my hair and chatted constantly throughout. Won’t be returning

This spa is excellent. The staff is very friendly and humble. So peaceful. The massage here is awesome OMG. I can't believe it's as great as in Thailand and the price is not too expensive. Personally, I think its quite reasonable. I enjoy it. Thank you all. One of the best Spa in London. ?

Friendly and sweet stuffs, they did not stop serve for a second. It is can be a nice and quite get away even you are a solo dinner. Don't trick by the look of the dish, the portion is actually quite filling.
