Just stayed the weekend at The Shed and it was amazing. The property itself is large, clean and homely. It has everything you need and more! Hot tub has its own enclosure with lighting so perfect for all weather. Quiet location but walking distance to village pubs, serving quality food. Resident llama's were in their nearby enclosure to welcome us.. over all great property and location, will be back!

Me and my friends love it here! We've stayed quite a few times for weekends. It's clean and the kitchen is well stocked for self catering. There are also plenty of food delivery options too. The town is only short walk away for local shops but to be honest we usually stay in the cottage and relax in the hot tub. Will definitely be going back.

We have just had a lovely weekend in Coxhoe! The shed slept 9 adults comfortably. It was spacious inside and the hot tub was the icing on the cake! Great place for a girlie weekend away. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed for a week in The Shed. Huge, spacious converted tractor shed. Large kitchen/diner and big lounge opening onto lovely garden with seating area and great hot tub. Great for cooking summer bbqs. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced. Large master bedroom, huge twin room and 2 further double bedrooms all with their own bath/shower room. One of the bedrooms and shower room on ground floor which was great for my elderly mum. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Our kids loved playing with the friendly farm dogs and feeding the Llamas and goat. Great location for visiting Durham, Newcastle, North Yorkshire and beautiful surroundings countryside. Highly recommended.

The Shed is an awesome place to stay in County Durham. Only 25 mins from the coast and has an awesome hot tub too! Stayed here twice and always clean and well equipped for a large group even with little ones.
