The hotel was just perfect for all our needs. We were a group of 16 ladies celebrating a hen weekend. The hotel was lovely and spacious, clean and very cozy. Beautifully decorated. Just a 10 minute walk away from the town centre and beaches. Chanine is a wonderful host. She greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

My wife and I hired out the whole Boho and the basement flat for a week to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. There were 21 of us across seven family units with eight under eights – and we fitted in easily.||The location was excellent – both the town centre and the beach were easily walkable. We also hired a beach hut for the week, which made our times at the beach a lot better. ||There were one or two minor problems with the house – one or two doors not shutting, bumps and scratches that needed retouching, but this is understandable towards the end of the season. Chanine, the owner, was doing up a house two or three doors down and was very friendly and always available to help where possible.||We would gladly return.

The area is not the best. I did not feel safe. There are run down houses/flats/bedsits. Nowhere to park. Be careful not to leave anything on show in your vehicle.|The house on the surface looks ideal, however, the cracks began to show.|The downstairs toilet is in the kitchen, it does NOT have a wash basin and you have to use the kitchen sink!! |The kitchen is along one wall, with the sink, hob, microwave, kettle this leaves very little worktop to prepare food. The toaster was useless at browning. |Our bedroom was ensuite with a 'Shower' that was quite frankly useless, not fit for purpose. There was no hot water, the shower head needs to be descaled. The the arm it sits on to adjust the height was not attached at the bottom so the shower was at an angle. The toilet seat had marks caused by the lid. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting. I think you get the gist without me saying anything further. The mirrors in the bedroom were at odd heights, so much so it cuts your head off. putting on make up was challenging, kneeling on the floor. The top bunk in the room had a mirror at the head, why No bedside light, have to climb out bed to switch off. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room neither a fridge. Details need to be updated, unless they were removed prior to our arrival.|On leaving your room for a morning/day we had to leave our bedroom door keys in the hallway. Again another bizarre instruction, any other guest could have access to your room.|After leaving the property our group were accused of stealing 3 handtowels, one from the downstairs toilet ( see top of report) this apparently turned up. so 2 and a mark on the quilt cover. They could not confirm which room. We denied this charge and were told that hand towels and hairdryers go missing ! well if they went in and checked our room they would have found 2 hairdryers!|We therefore had £45 deducted from our deposit. How many times has this happened? Please take pictures/ Video, do an inventory hopefully you will save yourself from being called thieves.

The house is gorgeous with so many beautiful things dotted around, making it very homely and quirky. Lovely warm house and very quiet. Only downside was there was no hot water in the shower. Luckily, Channine had a spare room who's water was perfect so we were able to utilise the shower which was bliss. Bed was too soft for me (I prefer a harder mattress, that's my personal choice) both myself and my son slept very well.

Stayed at The Boho for a Hen Weekend and was accused of theft upon leaving!! ||Accused of taking hand towels when they weren’t there in the first place, Chanine took the money out of our deposit without any evidence. ||We even highlighted there was no towel in one of the bathrooms on arrival. ||Location is 10 mins from the beach, however the area isn’t the nicest, as run down and nowhere to park.

Not good accused of stealing towel from a toilet that didn't have a sink? Also charged for an unremovable makeup stain? Really change your laundry co! Shower was cold, read your other answers on this but excuse me I live with a mixer shower with a combi boiler I know how to work them! Yours does not work!

I required accommodation at short notice, and try to avoid the big chains to support local businesses wherever my work takes me.||Chanine, whilst very busy managed to accommodate me for a few nights. She is an absolutely amazing hostess who went the extra mile to make sure my stay was a pleasant experience.||I must touch upon the great relaxing vibes at the Boho, its more homely than a hotel/guest house. My room was immaculate with a bed so comfy I was having serious thoughts about taking it with me! ||Highly recommended, and Chanine with the Boho will be my 1st port of call when I return.

We booked the whole building for a big birthday celebration for two nights in October. There were 17 of us.|The first thing we noticed was the lack of the large reception room at the front of the house which, in the publicity, had been a kitchen with a dining table which would seat us all. This room had been locked off from the rest of the house (see photo), and the conservatory had had a small kitchen put into it. The dining table, which was now in the conservatory at the back of the house, which we had SO hoped to all be able to gather around to eat, only seated 10 which was a big let-down. The little sitting room with the owners desk/office space in it wasn't big enough for us all to sit either (see photo), so there was nowhere we could all be together. |Oddly (and somewhat illegally!) the door to a toilet, which had obviously been put in when the conservatory was a living space rather than the kitchen, now opened right beside the kettle and microwave! (see photo).|The bedrooms were generally ok, but a bit tired and shabby. Several of the bathrooms had no plugs in the basins, there was a small hole in the wall on the top landing, the bathroom door didn't close in one room, another had a big burn on the carpet etc etc etc. I've posted a photo of one of the showers, which is typical. |There was no hot water while we were at the house - we even had to boil kettles to wash up!|There's NO off street parking, and it's really hard to find a space on the roads outside. |I think the house is more usually let as individual bed-sitting type rooms, so lots of the bedrooms have fridges in them. This would actually fit in better with the general feel and appearance of the area which is a bit down-at heel and, at night, rather scary! |
