The absolute worst stay of my life. Terrible service, terrible rooms.

First, the room downstairs has no windows and feels like a prison. They’ve covered the floors/walls with new materials but you can see the mold underneath it, very concerning for my health.

The wifi doesn’t work and the TV is not connected. No AC. The photos they have of the rooms must be fake - the room I stayed in did not resemble the photos at all.

The showers will change temperatures every few minutes and is either extremely hot or cold. No perfect temperature.

During my stay, they were doing construction work from 8 am - because the walls are so thin, I might as well have joined them because it felt like I was inside a drill. So loud, cannot relax. Not to mention I can literally hear all of the conversations of the rooms next to me.

Worst of all, they forgot to give me back my government ID during my stay - I’ve asked them to send them to me to which they have refused. The gentleman who claims to be the manager does not speak English as first language (which itself is fine), cannot communicate over the phone and emails are all Google translated and illegible. When I asked to speak to someone in the higher ups, they said that they’re blocking my number and I can call the police if I want to.

I would say I’m more travelled than most but I’ve never experienced such a terrible service in any other place. I’m so ashamed that I’ve paid them, because it was absolutely not worth it.

During my 3-day stay, I’ve met a few staffs (cleaning and reception) and they all managed to be rude. Not one gem on the team.

Please save yourselves from a crisis and stay away from this one, I’m sure you can find a better accommodation.

Absolute horror hotel !!!! - Not recommended.

Very unfriendly staff! Not cooperative at all. If you arrive after 11 p.m. you have to pay £20 in fees per late hour. Arrived in the room, we were greeted by a very unpleasant smell. Uneven floor with holes under the parquet did not make the stay safe. Squeaky doors, construction sites, urine odour and thin walls were a disaster!

At night, mice tried to get into the room! A rustling and scratching on the walls has completely questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of this hotel.

When we wanted to change the room it was directly denied. Absolutely unfriendly.

Never again !!!!!

This hotel probably has to be worst place I had stayed in my life… the floor are not even and they are like wheelchair ramp… the tap water open so strong and the toilet is not even clean deep properly I can still see all black marks down there it’s so disgusting… only good thing about is the location close to train station. Not to mention the construction already start working around 7.30am every morning. This is unacceptable since they should know visitors stay in this area. It’s like one star slum motel

Just checked out today and saw a mix of reviews online, honestly I want to say the hotel was clean and spacious rooms, the lady on the front desk Sofia was so helpful and lovely, she's a credit to the hotel and I will definitely be staying back here again.

Literally 3 minutes away from the tube station, 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court shops and tube.

Only downfall would be the renovation works happen from 8am until evening, thankfully didn't interrupt us much but if you're taking advantage of the 11am check out time, it may.

Great location. Comfy and clean bed. I booked lower ground double room. The room was spacious. It looked old and the bathroom was dirty. Very noisy from early in the morning so I had to wake up early all two days I stayed. Room window was facing garbage disposal room.

the staff at the reception desk were not welcoming at all - the room itself was dirty - stains and hair on the sheets and mattress and two windows boarded up. The bathroom was not clean and the whole place had an eggy smell about it which is very off putting. The location is good but the whole place is under construction which can wake you up very early- would NOT stay again.

Very disappointing. Dirty and damaged rooms, not as advertised, construction going on, no A/C for summer months.
Bed was nice and location was fantastic.

the room had mould in it, as does the hallway outside.
the shower leaked and had no hot water.
the property was made aware and doesn't seem bothered.
