Went there to celebrate a birthday and had such a great experience. The staff were so sweet and even surprised me with a little cake and a candle, which was such a nice touch 🙂

Besides that, the food is fantastic! The smash burgers are a must try! juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

This is a lovely restaurant. We came here for brunch, and we managed to get a seat, although it was busy. The food was amazing. I had a watermelon iced tea, which was very refreshing. There were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were so friendly, and the service was great. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.

Just had a lovely lunch at Bolero lounge with friends. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. I was especially pleased with the initiative taken by Michael who, on hearing us talking about the milkshake I had ordered and that the others would be jealous about it, made some extra milkshakes for the others, even making the extra effort to make one with oat milk for one of the group who had ordered coffee with oat milk before. An excellent experience! Would definitely recommend!

Really nice restaurant, very nicely decorated. Staff were lovely. Food was quite expensive for the size of the meals. The food was lovely, but I think the portions should be a bit bigger for the cost

These lounges never disappoint!! Although it’s always very busy, we always manage to get a table either inside or outside. We never have to wait very long for food to arrive either and we went on a Saturday.

Amazing! The Bolero Lounge accommodated 33 people for a staff party and were Absolutely Fabulous! They kept in contact in the run up to the event and were on hand to answer my relentless questions and concerns, on the day they ensured we were happy for food to be served and managed to get all meals out in a timely manner with no issues; as well as accommodating all dietary needs! They were super accommodating throughout and even split the bill for each individual at the end of the night! The staff were absolutely amazing both on the day and in the lead up to the event - special shout out to Micheal who never failed to go the extra mile! Cannot fault them at all and would recommend to anyone!

I absolutely adore this place! I ever so slightly prefer this branch to the Fishponds branch. The food is prepared here is slightly different and delightful. Both Lounges are fantastic, but the customer service really stands out—it's always friendly and welcoming!.
