Eileen and John's place was one of the best bed & breakfasts we have stayed in in our traveling experience. The weather was particularly miserable the day of our visit, and they greeted us with the comfort and warmth that all exhausted travelers pine for. The three rooms were pleasantly adorned and were thoroughly fresh and clean. The space and the en-suite guaranteed close vicinity of the travelers but also the needed room for retreat. Information about interesting walks and tours around the area was fully accessible and we especially appreciated all the lovely old photos of the farmhouse that tell stories. The breakfast was also ample and tasty and the setting was just as glorious as a Sunday morning feast.

Fantastic location and John and Eileen great hosts and very helpful and friendly, we could have chatted for hours. Lovely cosy room Firle and double aspect. Great breakfast. If we were in area again would definitely book here without a doubt.

A fantastic B&B with great hosts in a wonderful location. We had the Firle room which was a double aspect room and the views were amazing. Such a peaceful location. Eileen and John were great hosts, they advised us on where to eat and places to visit. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the home made jams and marmalade were lovely. We hope to visit again at some point.

The first thing that strikes you is the stunning location, it’s breathtaking. Firle Beacon rises menacingly in front of you and the entire landscape demands you to explore.||The Farmhouse is beautiful too. John and Eileen are wonderful hosts. Friendly, helpful and so very easy to have a chat with. They cook a lovely breakfast to set you up for the day ahead too!||We stayed in the Firle Room which has a lovely dual aspect one of which is a fantastic view of Firle Beacon and we were rewarded with beautiful sunsets and even a super moon!||There are some great walks from the doorstep.||The Old Coach Rd runs either side of the Farmhouse taking you to Firle one way and the lovely villages of Alciston and Berwick the other. This road will also allow you a walking route to Alfriston too.||All in all we loved it and will definitely be going back to Bo Peep.

This was the most amazing B and B. Myself and my daughter stayed in the room with the spa bath. The bed was a super king and soooo comfortable. We had been walking the South Downs trail, and this was just the perfect spot. John and Eileen were excellent hosts. Breakfast was fantastic too.

The Bo-peep farmhouse was a welcome sight after a days walking the south downs way. Eileen and John gave us a warm welcome, and the room was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the following day's walking.

We were a group of five walking the South Downs Way and what a perfect stay we had. Eileen and John are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. ||The house itself is in a superb location a short walk off the trail - a very quiet and peaceful spot.||The room was lovely, everything you needed with thoughtful extras. ||The breakfast was delicious with a selection of cereal, yoghurt and very nice fresh fruit salad, followed by a cracking full English to order!||This was my favourite place that we stayed in during our week hiking the trail and I would highly recommend it.||Thank you Eileen and John.

Absolutely great place to stay, from A to Z. Set in an idyllic but easily accessible spot with gorgeous views and walks right there. The proprietors are simply super -- very nice, full of suggestions of where to go, what to do, where to eat, best way to drive places and more. Rooms were luxurious with loads of teas, some biscuits and candy, plush towels, and all spotless. Breakfasts were sumptuous -- fresh, made to order, with fresh fruit and cereals before the full English breakfast.
