I came to see Andy about muscle aches and inflexibility in my back, hips and neck. I’ve seen him 5 times now and find him knowledgeable about my problem areas and how to make them feel better. Immediately after each session I feel more flexible in these areas and a few days after they feel how it should. The location Andy works at is great and he makes you feel comfortable. I’d recommend him to anyone with muscle tightness and soreness!

Andy is so incredible. If I could give more stars I would! I am really picky with massage and I need very deep work. Most of my back is numb from all the tension but Andy was able to get in there and really help me. I wish I could spend 5 hours a session with him! If you need serious work done, this is your guy! Andy is professional, nice and good at his job. Through the sport massage sessions, he’s helped to reduce muscle tightness and prevent injury in my shoulders, back and legs. This has really helped me with my marathon training. Fairly priced and would highly recommend.

I first went to see Andy in 2016 when I was running my first marathon. He helped me keep injury free.
In 2024 I've come back to Andy to help me stay injury free for my next marathon. I had a niggle in my calf which Andy quickly identified and helped me to get rid of.
Andy has been great at making sure I am staying fit to train, talking through how my training is going and focusing on whichever area needs attention on that visit.
I would highly recommend Born Again Sports Therapy to anyone wanting to stay in condition and recover from injury.

Andy is knowledgeable and communicates with you really well to get to the root of what you need. He has a really good system of knowing how much pressure to apply, so you don’t come out feeling battered but nor do you feel like he hasn’t done enough. He also has a friendly, approachable manner.

Andy is fantastic at what he does, highly recommend him!

As a regular gym goer, tension builds up very easily for me, so Andy does a great job at relieving this and get rid of any tightness/knots.

After every visit I notice a huge difference, really valuable towards my recovery as a whole 🙂
