We arrived on Thursday morning 26th September at 10.00am. Went to our room. The shower was not working. The regulator didn't allow us to alter the temperature. Coming out very hot. The heating was not on. Very cold room. The owner trues to find a working heater for us. But couldn't find one that eas working. The WFI was not connecting up to our phones. The curtains were not thick enough and didn't go around the corner of the window so we weren't able to sleep peaceably the first night as due to it being too light. The double bed mattress was not very comfortable when my wife lied down on the bed. So we didn't even stay a night there. But luckily we never paid for our stay. That was the only bonus we have that we left and gave our keys back to the property perpriators. We will not be returning to this hotel. We really didn't want to write this review but the other hotel said that we needed to write however bad orgood the hotel was.

I had to cancel my booking for health reason, but they were so understanding and helpful. Whilst I didn’t stay I will when I rebook. If the hotel is like their people it will be first class. They have good manner and are very honest in their business. On booking it looked very good value.

The Boscombe Spa Hotel is a Fantastic place to stay, ideally situated within short walking distance to the beach and town centre.
I have stayed a number of times and it is always very clean.
A warm friendly welcome from the hosts who are always willing to help you with your every requirement.
It has a contained outdoor seating area ideal for those summer evenings, or for children to run around and enjoy themselves safely.
An all round excellent place to stay with plenty of options for breakfast.
The hosts make this place what it is, well done to Raj and his wife for their hard work and efforts.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Location to Beach and 02 was great. Able to leave car there and walked everywhere. Must like walking. The rooms were clean and comfortable.|The hosts were very friendly and hospitality. Approachable to talk too. Planning to come back for the Air show.

Great hospitality, the staff are absolutely friendly and lovely people. Rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is close to the beach ⛱️ only 0.4miles. We definitely had a good time, we enjoyed a few Cobra draughts and I think we will come again as it was a very good price/quality experience.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel. The space was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described. The amenities were exceptional, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was ideal. Rabita was extremely responsive and gave excellent local recommendations. The location was ideal, in a vibrant but peaceful neighbourhood. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to return!

It is more an indian family home than a hotel.
The bed sheets were dirty and stained. Toilet unflushed I almost threw up. Also unfathomable why it would be called spa hotel. Neighbours slamming doors at night waking me up again and again. Owners seemed friendly. Close to Boscombe beach and was cheap.

This is a down to earth hotel where you find peace and tranquillity. Walking distance from the beach. Super friendly staff who are ready to assist in any way they could. I will definitely bring friends here. It's just a pity that the name is misleading in saying Spa Hotel, but there is no spa.
