I had a special birthday afternoon tea at the Botleight Grange. Both Tracy and Chelsea were very helpful to ensure the arrangements were as I wanted them and the waiting staff on the day were professional and very attentive to our needs. The food was lovely and there were many compliments from my guests. All in all a great venue for such an event and I would highly recommend it.

Even though the hotel is going through a soft opening our room was lovely and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice.
As the restaurant was closed they gave us some local recommendations to eat which we did at the Shamblehurst Barn and really enjoyed it. Hopefully they can eventually open fully as it's a lovely setting. We Will definitely use again.

Although the mud rasul was not working we were kindly offered a choice of what we wanted to do with a refund or alternatives, the setting was professional and lovely, just like the staff! Will definitely be booking again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much ladies for making my daughter's 19th a fantastic day!

The hotel is now open for business under new management it is slowly opening all of its rooms breakfast can be purchased and they also do a coffee and cake mornings well all day really and you can also come and sit in the bar or garden and have a few drinks

This is the worst place to be I heard that most of the employee don't get paid For there work and you can actually approach them and talk about how none of them gets paid Heart breaking! Horrible scam the owner does with employees
