Lisa has been cutting my hair for many years. She is so friendly & makes all her clients feel comfortable. She also knows what colour or cut would suit me. The salon is welcoming & I really look forward to my hair trims. My last style was a perm with waves & I was extremely happy with the style & permanent waves. She makes me feel young again when I leave the salon.

Honestly I thought it would be good, when my hair was cut it looked very neat, however upon further inspection Brooke had only cut straight across my hair at the bottom, not cutting any dead ends off and leaving my hair basically the same as when I went in.
I was in there for less than 20 minutes for her to prance around with some scissors pretending to be an experienced hair stylist when all she did was cut a straight line, something I could do for free. I wanted my hair to look neat and tidy yet I came away looking the same. I’m glad the price was on offer because the cut wasn’t even worth the £25 I paid for it.
Awful service too, she is a drip and has no social skills. It was a very awkward atmosphere.

There is a therapist called Megan and she's absolutely brilliant and waxing. A really really nice young lady and I have found very approachable and very professional. Megan thank you very much for you did for me yesterday day and I'm incredibly happy and pleased with the results of your waxing service. I would recommend Megan to anybody. Regards Stephen.

I had the BEST hairdressing experience here today! Jess, my lovely stylist went above and beyond to create my dream hair colour and style - even though she was short of time and I was a walk-in ( I also have VERY thick hair)! She managed to do both a haircut for my friend and a full head of highlights for me in just 3 hours! All of the girls were also so friendly and down-to-earth - easily the best hair appointment I've ever had. I'd definitely recommend going here, especially if you can get an appointment with Jess, she is an excellent hairdresser and so lovely 🙂 Thanks Alter Ego!

Had my first visit yesterday after googling for a local hairdresser. Took a couple of pictures in & spoke to Sarah, what a total rockstar!!!! I gave her free reign over my cut & colour & she was totally up for the challenge. First of many visits I'm sure. Also noticed all the girls were super friendly & knew their stuff. Such a find!! Totally recommend for all things hair & beauty!
