Absolutely amazing! Hannah did an amazing job and was very patient with my complicated design. Very friendly staff and so talented. Price was very competitive will definitely be coming back

The worst nail salon I have visited, first time I came the nails were different sizes to each other and cut me with the nail file.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I understand you can have bad days.
I went back to give them another chance and this time my acrylic nail fell off after 2 days, followed by another one a few days later. I have never had this before anywhere else - they asked me to come back in to fix and then charged me £15 for it.

I won’t be coming back here again, I would rather do my own nails! I also find it quite dirty and quite an uncomfortable atmosphere. Go to somewhere else and save your money.

I tried a couple of places in Bourne to get my nails done before I found Bourne Nails and I've now been coming to see Giang Le (aka Lily) for the last few months. I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lily is so friendly and creative, and my nails always look fabulous after I've seen her.

Lily is absolutely gorgeous - she has the most amazing ideas, keeps up with the ‘trends’ and I’ve been having my nails done by her for some time now and would never EVER consider going elsewhere. I have had nail technicians before so can compare and it’s always been such a lovely experience. Lily is honestly fabulous, I have always come out of the salon with something far better than I have in mind which is wonderful. An absolute gem!

Fantastic service. Lily is so creative and able to create great designs that always are admired by others. I’ve had gel on my nails and acrylic. Many colours to choose from. So friendly and kind. Great value for money.
