Liked: Had a very warm welcome from Stan on arrival who pointed out all the facilities. He led me to my pitch which was nice, spacious, and decently level for a grass pitch. I also had the gardener pop over to check I had hooked up to the electric point ok which was nice given it was dark and very cold by that point! I arrived fairly late and left early so didn’t get to explore all the facilities unfortunately. However I did pop into the loos which were spotlessly clean, with hot water, a hairdryer, and what looked like nice showers. I would imagine there’s a stunning view in daylight and if I’d stayed longer I definitely would’ve checked out the gym, bar and laundry room. If I’m in the area again I would return

We camped here as a group of 6, 21 year olds in a tent. It was the BEST experience of camping we’ve had to date! Everyone is absolutely amazing, so kind, welcoming and friendly! We felt so so welcomed by everyone, offering help with anything and everything. The facilities are very clean and the games room is amazing for charging phones and playing a few games! Our experience would have not been the same with the incredible bar staff and the karaoke! We HIGHLY recommend this and will 1000% be back!! An amazing community of amazing people!

Liked: It was a lovely site. It was very secure. Beautiful views. Toilet block was clean and well looked after.

Disliked: It is listed as an adult only site. There were a few children. It didn't really bother us but maybe shouldn't be listed as adults only if it's not.

Liked: We really liked how peaceful the site was with lovely views over the Somerset levels. The facilities were spotless, and noted there were washing machines and drying facilities and also a fridge freezer for campers use. We only stayed one night but could happily stay for a week.

Liked: Really friendly people in seasonal caravans.
Brilliant bar. Party on Saturday with amazing live music. Wonderful evening. Sunday lunchtime meat draw, so funny.
Made to feel so welcome.

Disliked: No one available to check us in or out. Didn’t meet the manager at all.
No hard standing pitches available.

Liked: Such a welcoming community of people on site, with a bonus of no children.
Never had to queue for the shower or toilet and they were kept well-stocked and clean.
The dog field area was a welcome surprise.
The bar was easily accessible but a good distance from the pitch so that any noise wouldn't disturb.
There were some lovely walks out from the site itself and the scenery was beautiful.
