I had a deep tissue massage with Lindsay and it was so lovely and nurturing. I was having such a stressful day but immediately felt welcomed when I walked into the building, the offer of hot tea was very kind. The treatment was amazing, Lindsay definitely knew where to find the trigger points! I also really felt like it was a healing space where both my body and mind were held, a place to be heard and listened to. I also have POTS and joint hypermobility and Lindsay was knowledgeable about these conditions. I haven’t had a migraine since my last massage so I’m feeling very hopeful about that!! I also love how easy it is to book in, too. The only thing that could have made the experience even better would be the addition of hot towels into the treatment, but that might just be my preference! Overall, a really lovely, healing, and super relaxing experience. Thank you Lindsay ?

Lindsay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I really felt like I was in safe hands and she had so much knowledge to share about pregnancy massage and the best positions to lay/sleep in. The massage itself was the best, honestly haven’t felt that comfortable and relaxed since becoming pregnant.
Defo going to book another one in before my due date and continue after baby arrives.

A wonderful 60 minutes of pure bliss. Every minute was exactly what I'd hoped for. Thank you for being so attentive, respectful and welcoming. The atmosphere you have created is so relaxing. The heated bed and towels were so lovely and the massage itself was sublime. I will be back without a doubt.

I came to BOA Massage after having problems with my back. Stacey was friendly and welcoming throughout and really made me feel at ease. Her massage was the best I have had, perfect pressure, the use of acupuncture points, together with stretching too. My back feels so much better and the discomfort is now gone. Thank you Stacey 🙂
