Had my nails done today, 10/10 experience.

I hate when they rush you over and pressure you to do extra stuff etc but they were super kind, we got a laugh together with Anna, and after I had a problem with my card they found a solution that worked for everyone.

They look short cos I bite them (painting them to put a stop to the madness) but absolutely great service at a great price.

Definitely coming back!

My first time at bramhall nails- they managed to slot me in without a booking and did my gels impressively quickly. Anna did these so skilfully and checked at every stage that I was happy with them. I’ll be going back!

First time having BIAB nails, wanted as nails are fragile, splitting and flaking after cancer treatments. I had booked in with Anna but as she was busy Henry did my nails, he was very professional, polite and patient. He took his time and did a fabulous job. I feel a little bit more myself. Thanks Henry ?

I had the most lovely experience with Anna at Bramhall Nails today. Anna made my chrome nails for my holiday look absolutely fantastic - I was blown away. On top of this, Anna was extremely friendly, polite and accommodating, I am one incredibly happy customer. I have been to Bramhall Nails a few times but Anna really made this a pampering and relaxing experience - I will be booking again for my next event. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Bramhall Nails for years to get acrylic nails and gel toes done ? Mai and the team are amazing at what they do, I’ve never had a bad experience and would 100% recommend to everyone! Really easy to get an appointment but make sure you book as they get super busy! Thank you for always fitting me in and fixing my nails! Xx

Went today for the first time for gel nails, was a few minutes early so I could look at colours but was rushed to a seat and felt pressured to choose a colour quickly. Then they really put the hard sell onto me to have BIAB for £28 which was then applied before telling me it was actually £38. I usually pay around £26 for the same but my usual lady is on maternity leave. It was just a really unpleasant, rushed and stressful experience. I had pre-booked to get nails and toes done for my holiday in 2 weeks but have since cancelled and lost a £10 deposit as I honestly couldn’t face going back. Nails are short, shapeless and bulky. Seriously not impressed.
