What a find! We had a 2 night stay at Bramley House and as soon as we walked in it was like seeing old friends. Such a warm welcome, fantastic attention to details and wonderful breakfast.

The house is beautifully styled and really warm and comfortable.

We will be back next time we're in the area and thank you to Ray and Linda for a wonderful time.

Linda & Ray are brilliant hosts - extremely welcoming, generous and kind. Their home is beautiful and they deliver an unparalleled B&B service. Fantastic value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. Very conveniently located for the Small Holding restaurant.

Bramley House is a gem of a place: location, accommodation, comfort, breakfast - all superb!

And our hosts, Linda and Ray - absolute diamonds! From the moment we stepped over the threshold we were given the warmest of welcomes, like old friends; their home was our home.

We've stayed at many beautiful B&Bs over the years with wonderful hosts, but none could surpasse the incredible warmth and welcome Linda and Ray gave to us during our stay. They clearly love what they do, and they excel at it.

The guest accommodation is gorgeous, well thought out, comfortable, clean and homely, with a laid back, relaxing, bohemian vibe. It also has a garden full of beautiful hydrangea and birdsong.

It really is little piece of heaven, and we cannot wait to return.

Lin and Ray are wonderful hosts. They thought of everything to make our stay the best it could be. Their welcome is second to none and the breakfast to die for. This was our third visit as we have family nearby, and this stay was the best yet, if that's possible. Lin and Ray very kindly agreed to birthday paraphernalia to be placed in the room before our arrival. I'd definitely recommend their B&B.

What a wonderful stay with Linda and Ray. We were made to feel so welcome right from the off, being greeted with tea and biscuits and invited to sit and chat before being shown our room. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like we were old friends. Will be recommending to all our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Ray and Linda’s B&B, it was a perfect spot to stay after Sunday Lunch at the Small Holding.
The Bramley House B&B is so beautifully decorated, we asked for all the colours for our house! Linda and Ray were so friendly and fun and the morning breakfast was excellent and just what we needed after a long lunch the day before.

WoW!! What an amazing welcome! Our hosts, Linda and Ray, treat their guests as if they are part of the family and within minutes we felt that we had known them for years. They couldn’t do enough for us and our stay was rated 5* before we had even seen the room!! The house is beautifully kept, the rooms very comfortable and breakfast was a feast. I would gladly stay again, if only to catch up with our “friends”!!! Thank you again Linda and Ray, you are the epitome of B&B hosts.
